This place is great. Large heated pool with climbing wall, two diving boards, and pool toys. Big splash pad. And everything is new.

Great place to see a game or play, sucks that the Town of Burlington was so terrible to the bandits and herd while they played here. The town of Burlington really ruined this diamond unfortunately, hopefully they will maintain it properly without IBL there.

As a sporting facility for track and field it was fine. Track was great. Football field caters for American football as well as English football/ soccer. Supporting stands are good however there is no sheltering from the elements. Washroom facilities are available, however they are run down and not very well lit. Lots of room for parking.

What a great place for kids and parents! The big kids had a blast on the dirt bike Ramps while the little ones played on the playground. Then we went into the pool area to cool off. The splash pad has a playground also attached and a huge dumper bucket the kids, young and old, really enjoyed. The pool itself is heated and very comfortable, lots of deck space and food is allowed. My oldest ones were able to swim on their own and really enjoyed the spring boards and climbing wall in the deep end. Fantastic place! We need more of these!

It's huge, hidden behind the outdoor pool area there is so much more park I had no idea. Checked out the BMX track and bashed around with my RC for a bit. Really nice park to spend an afternoon!

Great park, lots to do and play. In our Nelson park we have baseball fields, soccer field, open swimming pool, tennis court, football field. Our bike path going through Nelson Park takes you all the way to downtown Burlington in the nice relaxing pathways. Give it a go and try everything available to us.

Kids enjoy the small scooter/skateboard ramp. The pool is always a hit in summer with the diving boards and small rock climbing wall they can jump off into the pool. There's a safe area for littler ones to wade in plus a large splash pad which has colder water. Could so with a little more shaded seating for the adults.

Nelson park is great for little and bigger kids. Ramp means little ones can easily go up to slides. Only downside are the rocks which are small and get into sandals and shoes, but if your kids love rocks this place will be great. Nearby is a creek which is great for kids (supervised) to go explore and throw stones in the water. We spend hours here.

Loses a star for something out of its control--its business in summer, especially starting this year. You're not going to enjoy a relaxing leisure swim anytime before school's back in session, but a fun place nonetheless with a great splash pad area for kids as well as a safe and fairly clean outdoor pool. Lots of lifeguards. Adults and kids pay, current rate is $5 per person. Slightly reduced after 5pm.

We go to the dirt jumps with our RC trucks. Seems that they are perfect for the offroad trucks and the jumps are petfect for take off and landing without crashing. Well too much its better than a skateboard park as your landing in dirt not concrete. When we go to skate parks if you look on the ground there littered with plastic RC PARTS. HA HA

Fantastic new facility! Pool is amazing with diving boards and a rock climbing wall, fountains and splash buckets and a shallow ramped section for kids and people with accessibility needs. Fantastic splashpad adjacent with a huge tipping bucket. Also has a playground and lounge chairs and permanent umbrellas! A great way to enjoy the summer heat!

Amazing facility and great for outdoor lane swimming. There is a huge splash Park which looks like great fun if you have kids. The changerooms do not have lockers but you can bring your bag out onto the deck area around the pool.

We have frequented the park during the summer to watch the Burlington Bandits. Although a well taken care park, I do wish the bullpen was further down the outfield lines in order to facilitate a better viewing experience like at Bernie Arbour Stadium in Hamilton.

Love nelson park! The skate park is more gentle then some of the other ones so kids who are less confident do well. The park is great. Love that the bmx course is there too. And of course we adore the pool and splash pad area

Good small park, splash area and outdoor pool. But due to Corona, only 1.5 hrs slots are given. People outside Burlington need to take chance as they can only register 2 hours before instead 24 hrs before for Burlington residents. Instead of easy guest login, one must have to register all the details for each and every family member and mobile website is not more user friendly.

Multiple components to this green space. There is a bike/walking path that goes from Brant street to burloak. Actual park has a football field and baseball diamonds
