You will see all the information of people who purchase the products of Kerncliff Park (Park) in Burlington (Canada).
As of day the business has a score of 4.6 stars over 5 and the rating was based on 127 reviews.
As you can see the average score it has is almost the best one, and it is founded on a very large number of scores, so we can be pretty sure that the evaluation is quite credible. If people have bothered to value when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to put evaluations when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Park belongs to the category of Park.
Beautiful set of trails. Very labyrinth like paths with lots of canopy coverage from trees. This park has severe inclines and declines as part of its trails so if you prefer levelled trails, this park might now be for you. If you are approaching from Dundas Street and Kerns Road, park in the City View Park South Entrance and walk east.
A great place to hike. Easy to get lost but, it was also foggy. Worth the visit nonetheless. Mixed terrain. Easy climb to the top for a great lookout. Would visit again
A nice place for trail. We parked on the top of the hill so that to enjoy the full picture in a warm winter day. I tried to find a water snake, turtle or a frog, but unfortunately maybe they are all in winter sleep. There are side walks along the hills and also good for dogs.
Beautiful and peaceful, hawks and other wild life... views are beautiful
Great place for hiking. I really worked up a sweat
Less people, good trails , a good 2 hour walk.
Perfect
Beautiful views , good hiking trails .
Trails are good and different terrains.
Beautiful park less than an hour from Toronto. The trails are very scenic along the wooded forest area. It's particularly pretty during the fall season in mid October with colors in full fledge. The trails are not very long, but quite elevated. The view from the uphill is breathtaking. Amazing view of the Burlington town from the high point on the trail.
Different trail routes available. Enjoyed the experience.
I love this park; it has many many trails suitable for walking, running and biking. It also has a rich wildlife and you see chipmunks, frogs, snails and birds. I specifically like the pond area and the view of the cliffs. You also get a gorgeous view of the Niagara Escarpment during your walk. It’s a nice park to distress and recharge.
Love this park to hike and bring my dog!
A naturally wonderful place that offers trails with different difficulty levels and a variety of lengths. This is a beautiful park that inhabits a variety of birds, insects and plants. It has its uniques views all 4 seasons.
We visited this park in mid October to enjoy the Autumn foliage. The park was busy and the parking areas were full. We did a 5k hike around the perimeter trails. There are good views from the trail along the top of the escarpment in the old quarry area. The trails were in good shape, well marked and well travelled. Our only mistake was parking along the roadside of Kerns Road as others had. We were rewarded with a $64 parking ticket upon returning to our car. That issue aside, I enjoyed the park and would return again.
Nice quiet park. Lots of trails in the shade or in the sun, whichever you prefer. Good place to bring the dogs
Nice place but due to most areas shut, couldn’t find the trail to hike as the map indicated. Hiked a bit on the ground level and that was it. There is no parking either. Had to park on a roadside.
Very small park. Has some very cool rock formations.
A wild and spacious area but not a lot to see at this time of a year.
Different trails, has slopes and flat trails. If you like a bit of a challenge, start from the bottom and climb the cliff (very short, but steep. Never an issue with parking (up the. life and below too)
Beautiful and clean. Amazing views and fresh air just outside of the city.
Nice small nature walk and trek. Adventurers kids will like the cliffs. The walk through the marsh land is superb.
The Bruce trail, Like Ontario, Yours to discover. Nowadays, the trillium in bloom.
Nice trails and clean.
Beautiful views from the top, there is a path you can follow but its not well marked so be mindful of that (had to climb some tricky rocks here and there). I saw many people doing family photoshoots during fall as the leaves look very beautiful. Minus one star because it’s pretty similar to most other trails in Ontario but definitely worth a visit, I didnt realize I was missing out on this for many yrs!! P.S. parking here can get tricky especially if you wanna access the bottom portion of the hill it’s smaller. There’s a big parking lot for the top portion of the park.
Love walking around here - it is absolutely beautiful, and a great place to take pictures! Now it may be a little muddy and/or icy so either wait a few days/a week or if you go, go carefully!
Kerncliff Park is a must go if you are in the Burlington/Hamilton area. It was a quarry at one time so there are steep cliffs you can hike up on rocky trails and a beautiful bowl like basin with a rocky floor at ground level from the parking lot. Its free to go but will definitely be a good workout if you choose to go up the cliffs! Be prepared for a beautiful view of the lake and harbour from a point about halfway down the cliff trail!
Impressive place. Beautiful in the fall.
We loved this hike! It's a 7/10 in terms of difficulty.. at least it was for us in the Winter. The uphill climbs are lovely but it was very muddy and wet and slippery so it's not for everyone. We didn't follow a specific trail but we did walk about 9km within between the trails and detours. The view from the vantage points are gorgeous! You can see the Hamilton bridge and it's just so lovely.
Nice trail but confusing, marking was well but no map throughout the trail to find where you are. Better to have hiking gear specially after rain and on wet ground
Oh what a sight! This place is just gorgeous. We went looking for frogs and snakes and ended up lost. Climbed the rocks to get up the hill and the scene you have from the top is amazing! The paths seem like they're endless. We thought we were heading back to the parking lot but we just went further in to the woods. We actually had to turn our GPS on to get out of there. Pack a lunch and hike up to the top. Lots of space to sit and relax.
This park is great for walks :)
The boardwalk offers a great vantage point for bird watching as you walk around the wetland. You can see a lot of different types of birds from red winged black birds to the American Robins. Just make sure to bring some good boots as it is often muddy in many areas after the rain, also long sleeves and pants are recommended as the areas around here are prone to ticks.
Nice little boardwalk. Close to nature. Good for kids and has some decent trails.
Beautiful place to go if you love nature and hiking. Get to see lots of water creatures like turtles and snakes there are even halks there too.
Beautiful park and lots of trails with lookout points. Good variety of difficulty levels as well. Clean, lots of parking, and there is a portapotty at the entrance. I wish they had better signage along the trails, you never know which you're following, but I think everything eventually loops around (sorta).
Great place to hike, see turtles, snakes and frogs. Hang out on the boardwalk or explore the forest. Great place for littles! Parking is limited so come early (before 10am).
Gorgeous Burlington! ❤????
Perfect place for hiking, or just a casual walk
Beautiful
Really stunning park especially if you go during the fall. The leaves are absolutely beautiful. It’s family friendly.
Hidden gem. Love the various hikes here!
Awesome place with wild nature. A lot of turtles in water.
Beautiful park!
Not bad, nice walk
A great hike!! Lots of hills to climb up and around. Be careful the mud can be very slippery when it's warm in the winter months
Nice hiking path with several different paths to take. Can get confusing but trees are marked for which path you choose. Good place to take your dog or family for a walk. There are a few benches and a pavilion. Would recomend for a nice little hike.
Great park access to Bruce Trail. About 6 km from Great Falls. It has a portable potty! You rarely see that at these Parks. The falls colours are spectacular right now after the rain brought a lot of the leaves down.
People come and go extremely quick. Small park thats nice. Everyone seems to be dressed to their nines and are all going for photoshoots to ramp up their IG profiles. People were in heels, skirts, the red and black flanels or what not, everyone had some personal photographer. Not sure what was going on lol
I didn't find anything special in this park. It's a very below average park. It does offer you a lot of opportunity to walk on trails. That said, the trails are really boring, except for a lookout point somewhere on the trails which was slightly better than the rest of the trails. I'm generally good with navigation but marking on the trails could have been better. I have been to much better parks and trails, so honestly, I don't think I'll be going to this park again.
very scenic Park looking over the lake, lots of nature trails and the boardwalk takes you through
Nice trail for family and pets, decent elevation, can take infants with harness only. Been here twice for evening walks. Good for grounding and meditation. Regards Ahmed IG: @infinityhealingofficial
I love this hike. I have taken my kids countless times now and it's great! A good workout, beautiful, and yet no steep cliffs or anything for me to have to worry about my littles. My kids love the little bridges and that they can pick whatever path (they all kind of loop together). Not Stroller friendly at all as the forest section is all roots and natural paths and whatnot :)
nice variety of habitats. Saw 4 water snakes from the boardwalk, 2 sunning on the reeds and 2 in the water.
Great trail , views are good from the top
Huge place and quiet environment. Long trail for a nice walk in nature
Great place for biking, hiking, and outdoor activities.
Scenic former quarry, especially in the falltime. Most trails are on the hilly side, can be slippery on the slopes after a rain.
A hidden gem full of beautiful trails right in the city. Mix and match the trails in this park to enjoy various landscapes and terrain difficulties.
Great place for a walk... especially in the right moments during Fall when the colours are there.
We had our pictures taken there. They came out looking really great. Would definitely visit there more.
Very pretty, nice long trails. very clean. great views of the lake at the high top.
A great place to go for a hike and enjoy nature. Trails could have better markers but otherwise a nice way to spend a few hours!
Had a great nature walk with the kids.
There's several trails with at least one or two moderate but very short climbs in the park. Great to visit each season throughout the year.
One of my favorite places to trail run, although it was a hike this time, not a run ????
Beautiful trails. It was nice looking at all the changing leaves for Autumn. First time there. Can't wait to go back!
Love this place. Very limited parking. Always full
The area is famous for Bruce Trail and located in Hamilton area. Beautiful park nestled in the Niagara escarpment features natural stone backdrop, wooden bridge through marsh, waterfall nature trails. We hiked on the side trails in and out the residential areas of 12km. Its not an easy hike, be careful you need to have a hiking gear before you go. Parking lot is small n always full unless you go early of the day like 9-10am.
Nice park to visit. Boardwalk beautiful. Need to return to do the upper cliff face trail.
