It is a nice park to go to if you are in the Banff-Lake Louise area. It is worth driving 20 minutes to. We saw Emerald Lake and the Natural Bridge. The Takkakaw Falls was closed for the season and so was the visitor centre.

Yoho National Park is like a paradise on earth. It has lots of hidden gems like the Natural Bridge, Lake Emerald etc. The sceneries are breathtakingly gorgeous. Not many people visit the Natural Bridge so it's very calming and relaxing. Lake Emerald is so beautiful with its turquoise-colored water. Yoho is a must visit.

Yoho is a great national park with tons of exploring. There is Emerald Lake, Wapta Falls, Natural Bridge and many other areas that I was not able to hit up on my trip. It is a short drive from Lake Louise area and it is worth it!! It is much less crowded than the hikes in Banff and just as stunning. You can do Yoho National Park in a day but you could also do a week in Yoho.

Love the sights of Yoho, particularly Takakkaw and Wapta Falls. Takakkaw is a bit of a drive in but only about 5-10 min walk to the falls down a simple path. Wapta, while the parking lot is closer to the highway, is a bit more of a hike to …

Absolutely beautiful! The size of the falls and mountains are breathtaking. Careful if you climb up top, rocks fall down quite often* The water is cold and fresh, fill up your bottle at the bottom.

I don't know where to start your journey in Yoho national park but I under the magic of unforgettable Emerald lake. If someone ask me which one is my favorite lake in Canada I will say Emerald lake and I will put it over overrated lake Louise. To me, the beauty of lake Louise got faded when I first saw this mighty lake.

Absolutely beautiful park! I feel so calm and peaceful, this is my second time here, we stayed for 2 nights, definitely will come back again, highly recommended!

A day trip out to Lake O'Hara with friends. We did the 11 km hike in and then another 3 km hike around the lake itself too. A fantastic day all in all. Will be back to hike other trails next season for sure.

One of the most beautiful parks in Canada and full of enriched biodiversity. Every time I go, I have a run in with bears, sheeps, elks or deer. The view of the mountains from the road makes the drive all the more pleasant and memorable. I keep returning to connect with nature.

Yoho is a must see when traveling through the Rockies, especially in the summer. Though it can be crowded during this time there are some tricks to avoiding the masses. But I'll start with the must sees. …

Meenakshi S

What a scenic beauty. It's a pretty long walk to the falls. So, those who've health issues should better mind it. Not ideal to visit in the evening, especially in fall and winter. Please don't wear sneakers. Hiking shoes would be better.

Bua Pitcha

One of the most beautiful places I have ever visited.
