A wonderful place to hang out with the kids or just go for a walk! Lots of activity going on. Watch the turtles, fish, birds or just watch the tranquil water. Benches are plentiful and on top of all that the building has rest rooms. Resturant sometimes for a snack, WiFi available. Overall the improvements made in the last few year have been spectacular! Hats off to the city for creating an oasis for all of us!

Very gorgeous park! Has a nice trail for walking and even a different trail for running. There is big section for kids to play! You can see fishes and turtles in the pond . There is amount in you an hike onto. Overall this is a really great âpre for pick Nic, a walk or just anything outdoorsy!

One of the best parks in the south shore region. The lake is beautiful with huge fish and turtles. Cycling and walking trail is god enough. However, mosquitoes are a problem due to the swamp behind the park. Very good playground for the kids with different field games. Water jet games, local hall with a piano at the corner.

My favorite place!

Arie “Diceallion” A

Nice park in the heart of St hubert. Massive man made lake with trails for walking, jogging and cycling. Its not a challenging trail... mainly flat land. There is also a playground and water/splash ground for children which is pretty decent. Last year they were working on paving new paths. There are washrooms available to the public and water fountains as well. Along the trails they have work out stations for different parts of the body. Theres also a lookout point you can climb. Same park is used for major festivals including St Jean Baptist. You may also walk your dog in this park, just pick up after them.

This is a great park for anyone looking for a quiet place to spend an afternoon. There are many walking trails and bike paths. The playground and splash pad are well maintained, and kids can check out the many turtles, fish and ducks in the small lake. The only minus is the tiny parking lot, but it's not hard to find residential parking nearby.

30decembre. We spent about one hour walking as it was getting darker. It was nice because there wire light posts and it was snowing so the light was reflected. . In some spots it was a little slippery but nothing much. . It was a nice walk. I recommend this park ☺️

Amazing park for all. We brought the kids over three times in the same week since we discovered it. The splash pad next to the park with modules for all ages, coupled with the ability to just go walk around the beautiful landscape with the family makes it ideal for everyone. Many seating spaces with shades, big chalet with bathrooms, where food can also be bought. Amazing.

On the first day of spring, while on a car ride, my dog and I got lost. I went in the parking to make a U turn and saw the water, the beautiful grass, the duck and the graffiti mural. We got out of the car and walk along the water before sitting at a picnic table near the water. The park is very big, there was a lot of people yet it didn’t felt so. Because there is a very big parking and you can also park your car on the street. It is a dead end, so there is no problem with leaving your car on the street along the park, but anyway the parking is very big. There is a few picnic table, a beautiful mural, there is a mini man made lac with several duck swimming peacefully. The park is large and have the shape of a donut around the water so you can walk all around with your dog and get back in the car or sit and sun bath. It’s perfect for the kids to run around, Fly kite, picnic, blow bubbles or way other activitiese. It’s also a good spot if you want to have a cell phone photo shoot with your friend for your Instagram

Pretty big, very nice picnic areas and play area. Was confused about the routes in one of the forests, they seem to be bike tracks but some roads go in a bit far into the forest, there weren't any signs at the multiple entrances to make things clear (nor was there someone there we could ask) i just ran out to be safe.

It's a park so I guess the experience can differ greatly from one person to another.. As far as the place goes, it is kept clean and well maintained. The trail goes far enough for a nice jog with training spots here and there. However, it seems a bit too much man-made. Also, there's a kid playing area with water fountains but depending on the days, specially sunny ones, it can be packed with too many people.

The new bike and pedestrian paths are fantastic, I can't wait until the fix up the far side. The playground is excellent, and they are adding more and more (much needed) trees. Not too keen on the whole thing being built around murky water, but it's still a nice park. What it really needs is a larger parking lot! It's always packed.

This is my go-to place when I want a good walk and to be close to nature without having to leave my neighbourhood. We have gaggles of Canada geese from early spring to late fall that are actually pretty tame. Or rather they do not object to sharing the lake with us and will not block our paths if we are kind to them! We also have loons and herons, foxes and turtles, and a lot of other little wildlife snug inside the park. It is a place for running and other sports, and a crossroads of sorts for cyclists. It is a place for communities in small groups stretching together or sailing miniature boats to-and-fro the width of the lake and away from the geese. Occasionally we get together for un petit fête and fireworks. The park is active in the winter, too. The same trails are cleared of snow for walking, and the city opens up the tiny forests for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Overall it is a lovely space.

Its gigantic i love it, I've never been to a better park the view is beautiful in every direction theres place for everyone. The environment is filled with life big trees hundreds of birds of all kinds always a nice breeze with fresh air, it's a wonderful place to go and relax or go for a stroll perfect for all 4 season just remember to be dressed up properly great to go with friends or with family i highly recommend it even if its to go visit it once sadly i don't live near by if not i would be there atleast every week.

The small lake is extremely pleasant to walk around. There is also seasonal things like a sledding hill in the winter and splash pad for the kids in the summer. Do make sure to pay attention to signs posted at the park as the wooded areas are known to have poison ivy and ticks.

Fantastic park - such a large area and such a beautiful place! There is a main parking lot, as well as a main building with washrooms/changing rooms/and snack bar available. There are multiple paths all around the main water feature, for biking, as well as walking or jogging. Lots of shaded areas as well as many picnic tables and benches available all around the park. There is a large splash pad as well as a little "river" for younger kids to play in. There are also multiple structures for both big and little kids as well as swings that face the water. A park you can come to and spend the entire day in!

Pros: - Well maintained facilities - Nice playground - Bike path is family friendly - Artificial lake - Good running (in the morning) with modern outdoor exercise equipment Cons: - Gets crowded on the paths in afternoons in the summer and weekends with good weather - Only one side of lake had dedicated bike path - interior of park is devoid of trees (only park perimeter has trees) and there's a lack of maintained paths in the wooded areas (go to Michel Chartrand park for that) - Was warned by staff in 2016 not to touch the water as there is bacteria in the lake water! I'm guessing the water condition remains the same. So you or your kids can't touch the water which takes out the fun of having a lake.

They have constantly been improving and adding fun features since I was a kid in the 90's. Fun for the whole family. The only sad thing was the fact they cut down so many trees to build the apartments on the site. Please add more trees. It's great for the animals and helps provide shade for the people.

The Mount Royal of the south shore on a smaller scale. Really nice to walk, jog, bike, exercise (workout benches and obstacles) or go with your dog. Great view from the top of the hill specially on a nice sunny day and even in winter overlooking the lake and parc. Big section for the kids to play with water jets and obstacles. There's even bathrooms (not porter potty), water fountains and an air pump for bike tires! Only thing that's missing is BBQs, i haven't seen anyone try to BBQ and there's no installations for it.

I went for a walk with my dog. Beautiful place, very clean. There is a lot of seats for you to enjoy nature, there are picnic tables. I was happy to see a water fountain, and even happier that there is a dog bowl attached to it. I haven't walked around the whole park but I plan to go back and enjoy it.

For a huge park like this, the section for the kids should be proportional to the size of the park. UNLESS DOG IS ON ANTI TICK MEDS KEEP AWAY FROM LONG GRASS! Nice park and although dogs are allowed it is not very dog friendly. People are very uptight about any dogs off leash, even briefly, far away from the "all important joggers". Also there are no English services at all, even though there is a large English population in the area. Just sayin...
