Great prices for boat rentals. Wish the docks to the boats were a little more sturdy. Especially being a bigger guy. Some great catching. Between me and 3 other guys we caught about 18 fish mainly pike and like 4 bass.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER dealing with this place!!! A week before, we booked and rented their pontoon boat and was ok. We clearly asked their time of operation, and how many people the pontoon can accommodate. So I encouraged my friend with 4 kids to come and we can rent 2 Pontoons for my family and his and the kids were so excited. However when we were there at 4:45 (their last booking said 5pm), they just unprofessionally changed their mind, would't allow us to rent the boat anymore, we dont know for what reason - they just changed their mind suddenly... We have not seen anything in their website and was never told that "the management has the right to change our hour of operation on a whim, or choose whoever we want to accomodate/allow to rent". Can you imagine the frustrations of the kids and the impact this has done to their young minds??? Will surely not come back and will keep on telling people not to..Terrible place, worst customer service, Worst experience EVER!!!!

This place is great always have a great time. All the staff is great. Always catching fish and it close to the city. Don't know why some people are posting negative reviews. But I will always give this place 5 star rating. Everyone is great and super friendly. The boats are clean and always do the job. If you want a great day out fishing you should check out this place. Can't wait to get back out and hammer those fish again.

You can't pay and launch your boat you have to use there rentals and overpriced! And also rude owners telling people they can't launch anywhere and act like they own the lake. Verry unprofessional will never go back in the future ever

A great deal. My son and I had a great day, caught 3 fish, one was a good size pike. Very reasonable price for boat rental. Boat was clean leak free, 8hp motor started no problem. Nice breeze on the lake kept us cool.

Pretty good place, Nice staff and great fishing, the biggest downside is you need to bring money to go fishing because there are no shore fishing areas and you can only fish from a rental boat.

Worst experience ever dealing with this place. They change their minds on a whim, including your RESERVATIONS! From telling me they only take reservations one week in advanced to finding it it excludes certain days when I call 1 week in advanced to finally making a reservation and having them change it in me the day before! Will never use their service or recommend them to anyone.

The rating is a bit harsh because I like the place. It's convenient and it's a huge lake. The problem is that they don't really have a great shop nor great food options. Should get 4 stars, but that would leave little room for improvement and they could use a lot. Also, the people that own cottages around the place can be annoying by disrupting the fishing with their jet skis and other pleasure craft. Sometimes they come right up to you without any regard for the people trying to fish. Really annoying.

I highly recommend this place for fun, the pontoons are very easy to use and if you are lucky you can catch fish too. The receptionist Melissa was very kind and helpful I give her 10 stars. There was also a guy who taught us how to use the pontoon and was so kind. Overall great place and staff. I can’t wait to go there again next time.

Is great little area for what its designed for. It is not a playground, campground, walk/bike/jog, yoga, dog or skate park, it is a mobile home park that is for residents and has a small business that is run on site for those visitors in the know, great folks and decent prices!

Great pontoon boats and decent fishing. Jeff is friendly as ever every year we return! FYI they sell bait (worms) on site so you don’t have to make another stop. First time boaters should not be concerned boats are easy to navigate and Little Lake is landlocked so you won’t end up in Lake Simcoe.

My husband and I have come out to Lawrence Park with our two young Son's over the last few summers and we have rented their Pontoon boats and we had an amazing experience every single time. In our opinion Lawrence Park offers a truly authentic secluded fishing outdoor experience for a reasonable price because it offers this in just seconds from the heart of Barrie's Downtown Core... This place is a secret gem from the boats that they rent to the customer service that you will receive... Its a definite must try!!

The place is great, a good place to find solemnity outside the busy city, but out of the different places we went to outside Toronto, i found the staffs very rude and unfriendly from the time we went to pontoon until we leave the place. It was not a very nice experience from us

Terrible customer service owner is a thief. he tried to steal from us when we put money on the table me and my wife. He too more than we had to pay and tried to make it seem 140 for the day even though it was a weekday (weekend 140 /weekday 100 for pontoon ) when me and my wife confronted him with website rates he said the rates has been changed and he didn't know (owner dosent know his website and rates ?? ) . then later , he was rude to my wife because he DEMANDED A TIP after boat rental and we refused because he is not nice guy . bad family ran business. even my little one randomly said " daddy why that man is not nice to you and mommy " ? .. and yes we laughed as much as we were surprised. docking staff to help you launch the pontoon are nice but owner and his wife are really rude and deceiving people. good lake lots of little pike to catch but be careful of the male at the counter. very dodgy guy.

Everyone is friendly and we never leave with less than 20 fish. But there is A LOT of weeds in the water. Definitely makes it harder to fish, but sometimes even hard to get your boat through it. They could use some more snacks available in their shop... as well as minows and ice. But i stand by this place. Love going there!

Had a fantastic experience here today! My dad has mobility issues and not only did the staff give us the easiest boat to get to, everyone was extremely kind and patient with helping him get on and off the boat. So happy to have found our new boating spot! Thanks everyone :) <3
