This beach is a little ghetto it gets alot of scuba divers but be warned I find the water here fairly cold compared to other places , there is alot of graffiti on the bathrooms I'm not sure if I would feel comfortable even using them. The parking is free with a Barrie parking pass which is nice .

This is a pay-to-park parking lot where you $10. per hour. If you're a local, then you feet will guide you. There are also some bike racks where you can lock your bike, but not many of these. Beyond the lot, Johnsons Beach.

It's small but very clean and quiet beach. It's adjacent to Barrie North Shore Trail and Barrie Yacht Club. There is a well built wooden stairway from trail to beach. A hiking bridge is over Johnson Street. There is a cute public washroom. There's a metered parking lot. The parking is free to local residents. Before its only known by local people. With growing of Barrie it's becoming famous. More and more people from other places come here to enjoy their weekend and relax with their family or friends.

It's ok to spend the day with your family on the beach, but bathrooms are closed. Where do you think people are going??? Beach is actually great.

This beach is down a steep hill, but a great swim spot for mostly a younger crowd... Not a large beach but has a snack house and washrooms.

It is a smaller Beach but the sand is nice. The water seems to have a lot of rocks in it though depending on where you go in. The Ducks are super friendly and you can tell it makes the seagulls mad LOL

Very nice and secluded beach to go with family and friends. The only thing that is horrible is the parking $10 an hour and there is literally only about 50 spots and you can not park on the street or you will get a ticket

Excellent view of the bay large sandy beach a popular spot in summer as well as in the winter for fishing and snowmobiling
