My sister lives 7 mins down the road and this is our new fav place to watch the sunset. Dock is normally fairly crowded but alright if you hangout and sit on a rock people come and go and their is a tiny pretty mucky beach area ... over all beauty spot for fishing , diving in for a quick swim and watching the sunset .

My favourite place in barrie by far Great place for a solid swim. Really deep of the left side of the dock but if your a good swimmer you can touch the bottom no problem.

It's a small park with free paved parking, picnic Gazebo, newer stairs to dock and small beach. It's surrounded by houses worth millions of dollars.

Excellent birding here, particularly for winter water birds. The main problem is that there are no washroom facilities here at all. There is a beach, public dock, children's playground, picnic shelter and free parking. There are some mature trees and shrubby errors as natural habitat for wildlife. A mink can often be seen here.

A decent little area to fish. Parking is free but the fishing dock is very small so get there early to save your space. There is an outdoor portable potty by the entrance.
