All good, except no wi-fi
(Translated) Beautiful, very clean campsite with privacy and stunning views of the mountains, that's just wow ???? (Original) Magnifique camping très propre avec de l’intimité et une vue imprenable sur les montagnes c’est juste wow ????
Friendly staff, wonderful sites, and easy access.
Very convenient location with full hook ups available. Sites are small, though and not very private.
Great camp sites. Would like to have fire poured also but we make due without
Have been coming here for about 30 years, first as a kid, and now with my own family. With the recent renovations to the trailer court I don't think you could find a better place to spend time in Banff!
Great views and lots to do
This is a happy and beautiful place to camp and walk!
Beautiful here. It’s exactly what the name suggest. Trailer court. It’s like a really beautiful parking lot with electricity water and toilet hook ups. So close to the town too!
Highly recommended! Quiet and full service hookup space between neighbours is adequate and not too close.
Beautiful setting and sites. We have stayed a few times traveling through Banff but would love to stay longer.
Friendly staff, amazing view , a lot to see around, washroom was always clean. Highly recommended ????
Ok, but not great. Trash lying around at our RV spot when we came, as it did next to official trash containers. Not maintained very well.
Thanks
Very easy to go in and out and clean bathroom. Roam bus service coming to this site is helpful if you don't want to take your RV around the town. I will go back to this campground when I visit Banff again. Being close to downtown was convenient.
(Translated) The place is huge, toilet was clean. We would certainly look for something smaller next time. (Original) Der Platz ist riesig, Toilette war sauber. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal sicher was kleineres suchen.
Full hookups. Amazing location- minutes to Banff. Cleanest “state park” we’ve ever stayed at - great bathrooms and hot showers. Wasn’t bad at all being lined up end to end on the campground road. Our site even shared with another camper and it was totally fine. Very popular campground but we were able to get a spot same day. Only downside- no laundry rooms and only one shower for probably 30 spots.
Well organised and close to town.
(Translated) Very nice 3-service campsite 5 minutes from downtown Banff (with free shuttle). Full of elk and great trails for walking or biking. The roads are completely paved and the views are breathtaking. Simply WOW! An experience to live absolutely !! Simplement WOW! Une expérience à vivre absolument!!
Trailered here, truck too
I loved the terraced campsites. Able to fit in a lot of trailers while still maintaining privacy and providing shade and gorgeous 360 views. Also loved the biking trails and easy transit into Banff. Very well planned site.
Book way early
Clean and friendly staff!
(Translated) Nice and cozy campsite, a bit far to Banff town. (Original) Fin og hyggelig campingplads, lidt langt til Banff by.
This is just a terrific place to camp in Banff. The facility is top notch and well maintained. The bathrooms are extremely clean. Each campsite has power, water and sewer hookups. This trailer campground had the sites far enough apart from each other that it was very quiet at night. Even though some people may not like it, the restriction on burning fires was nice. I have been in campgrounds where the air quality in the campground is deteriorated because of campfires - this was very nice and I could always enjoy the nice clean air!!
Less privacy.but nice location and friendly park staff..!
(Translated) Small field not always with an outside fire (Original) Petit terrain pas toujours avec un feu extérieur
Full services national park campground in Banff, 5 stars.
You be silly not to stay here if you're visiting Banff. It ends up being extremely fair in cost for what you get at the trailer court. We ended up with full hookups for $30 US dollars. it's conveniently located to just about everything you could want to do, natural, Wildlife, quiet, no fires which is great if you don't like the Smoky smell. It's also close to lots of great day hikes. we went in July, just rolled up without a reservation and were able to get a spot. However if it's on the weekends it's a whole different ballgame.
I love the experience
Being only an hour from our home, we are privileged to live so close to this amazing place. This is our favorite campground. We camped here several times a year.
Beautiful place to be peaceful , gorgeous nature ,near Banff Town , all supplies , very helpful staff they found us a spot without reservation thank you
If you want to pull in an RV and plan to spend your days exploring Banff and area, this will do the trick! All sites are pull through side parks, most of them shared sites with full hookups. If you want a full "camping experience" you will want to avoid this and opt for one of the many other beautiful campgrounds in the area.
Awesome views and place
Breath taking scenery! Good amount of parking spaces and a good place to start your hike from.
Good location. Good as a transition place or somewhere to park as you explore. Not your standard campsites but very easy to drive into. Very close to downtown Banff with shuttle bus available.
good place to stay for a view days.
(Translated) The campsite is beautifully situated in alpine terrain. The place is quiet and the seats are comfortable. You should book in advance. With a bus you can go to Banff and go back or on foot. However, you have to go a long way to the bus stop. (Original) Der Campingplatz ist schön in alpinem Gelände gelegen. Beautiful campground with stunning views. You do get the odd train horns blaring throughout the day though.
We stayed overnight in this campground on the night of September 28, 2020. At this time of year, only RV’s were in sight in the woods. The mountain view is spectacular.
Great if you like camping like sardines. Go next door to Village 1. Embarrassing that we actually make visitors to Canada camp at a place like this. Although it's not unusual for campgrounds in the national parks to be ridiculous.
One of the best campgrounds in Banff. Very scenic.
Our initial impression was poor because of how we were greeted and the site assigned when we had booked 6 months in advance. Park manager dealt with both issues to our satisfaction. Park staff drive through, but too fast to notice much. Others drive far too fast so watch your kids and pets. No laundry facilities. Site was large. Some reminders need to go out about walking thru others sites. Close to everything. Would book there again.
As soon as you out from your camper .. this is the view that u get
Great views
This campground is close to the town of Banff and easy to find from the Hwy. The sites are pretty level. The sites are curved pull-throughs along the side of the roads but watch out for double sites because the services are in the middle of the curve and will be on the wrong side when you back in. Check the campground map before booking. Fabulous views of mountains. Fabulous national park. Lots to do from hiking, tours, shopping and restaurants.
This is one of the best campgrounds I have ever used. It is extremely close to the town of Banff if you need something or if you are planning to explore the city. This is the right place for trailers and largers units. Great for hiking, biking and mountain views. There is car patrol all day long and their rules are strictly followed by everyone. I feel safe about everything here. It is missing only a playground area for children to play.
Quiet, clean, and beautiful. Layout of the sites are nice decent amount of trees. Washrooms were in good condition.
This place is very nice. The park layout makes pulling the trailer through very simple. We have a full service site and was told the water is potable. The road to get around the site is paved and the site is graveled and appears to be even. You are in bear country and have been advised to not leave any items with food or bath scents out.
Love the view and close proximity to the town.
Better than expected to stay and visit Banff and area for a great price camping.
Gorgeous views but poor sites and no fire pits. Need to bring your own fire here
Parking For big rigs.
Beautiful camping area,so close to all the great things the Banff area has to offer.
Trailer court #3 is huge, but the straightforward grid removes any confusion. Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Not a lot of staff, not sure how any problems are handled. Lots of bath houses, though each has just one shower. Interesting facility set up at half of the park: each utilities station serves two trailers which back up to one another. Unique, but it works. Well kept and clean. Showers are free, not time limited, and allow for individual temp control. No laundry facilities, and the in-town laundromat is expensive. Laundromat at Douglas Fir Resort is best alternative. Also no camp store. Main concern I had is that there are no public sinks for dishwashing. Consequently, there is a temptation to dump used dishwater in grass, clearly not a good idea with bears around. Shuttle service into Banff is nice touch.

Not a bad RV park! The facilities were clean. There are excellent walking trails. It is about a 30min walk (hilly) to downtown Banff. The lots are drive in sideways style, so a bit more privacy than some parks, but a different layout than we had seen on our 3 week trip. I would highly recommend booking in advance, as they didn't have many 2 night spots available when we arrived at 5pm!
Great camping. Facilities are clean and it's really quiet at night. Very close to the town of Banff.
I liked this more than I though I would; smart layout for an RV campground. Full hookups, very natural setting. Adjacent sites are a little close and there are no campfires, but hiking trails are close by and scenery is amazing.
Fairly level sights easy access to sights. Proximity to Banff is great. Town bus access campground.
Good
This was one of the highlights of our holiday. It has fantastic views of the sleeping Buffalo mountain and the valley below. We saw plenty of Great wildlife without leaving our RV. Its a big site with plenty of clean and tidy facilities. Its also easy to walk or drive into Banff. We had no problems with noise or access and it was about avarage price. Thanks!
(Translated) Great places. Great sanitary. Good price. Bus directly from campground to Banff. Make a reservation in time (Original) Grote plekken. Prima sanitair. Goede prijs. Bus direct van campground naar Banff. Wel tijdig reserveren
Great RV park, but sadly they dont have any wifi
Lots of upgrades done in 2019. A very nice look into the valley where Banff sits.
We had a pleasant experience in this campground. Clean, has a view of the mountains and nearby the town center.
Love it here. Clean quiet awesome views
Full hookup, very clean, close to banff, best campsite!
Best place to camp, but its busy hard to get in. Location is picture perfect and feeling lucky to get spot in first row. Perfect balcony view of nature.
Very nice campground with a lot wildlife during the night. Had the nights there and the caribous during the night where funny to hear and cool to see
(Translated) Nicely located Campground. (Original) Mooi gelegen Campground.
Excellent facilities. Best part is, you are likely to get a spot if you plan little ahead. Do not expect much privacy, but that expectation itself is not correct as it is a very busy campground within the town's limit. For privacy, Parks Canada offers other campground. This is designed for convenience per my experience.
Easy to park. Full hook up. Surprisingly private spots.
Very good Campground! Completely hooked up. We had nice weather, but the night was very cold. We got up at 8 and it was 1C.
We were on a shared site and the utilities were on the wrong side. Our awning opened right over the sewer hose and the sewer went uphill. Very small sites but wonderful views and location!
Super easy trailer camping. Very very clean and quite beautiful. Very fun place to stay
Good for short stay / layover Clean but smallish sites Beautiful scenery
A large campground made up of several different segments offerings different services. We had fully serviced but no firepit. Very easy to park the RV in the spaces. Only 1 shower per toilet block. No WiFi.
(Translated) Very large, clean and quiet location. (Original) Emplacement très grand, propre et calme.
Great site. No campfires though so bring propane.
The view is spectacular! It’s amazing how well planned this campground is. Located on a hillside, the tiers give you the privacy you need in a totally packed out location. The park was full. It’s our first experience in a National park and I found out that if you get off of Route 1, you need to have a park permit. The attendant at the RV park helped us acquire one and settle us in. A very kind reception. The maximum amount of days you can stay in the park is 14 days.
Convenient location, and beautiful views. A great campground within the park if you are looking for full hookups. Washrooms were very clean and in good condition. Evening programs are lots of fun for the family. Sites are a driveway for 2 trailers and then trees between each pull through so it makes for a fairly private site depending on how you situate your trailer.
(Translated) Great facilities (Original) Otimas instalações
Great spot to stay while visiting Banff.
Good place for trailer camping if you need full hookup. Camp fires are not allowed though...
Showers and washrooms were really disgusting ????????dirty .
(Translated) Very nice RV park with lots of nature and animals. We recommend! Bus connection to Banff is available. Sanitary facilities are ok. (Original) Sehr schöner RV-Park mit viel Natur und Tieren. Sehr zu empfehlen! Busverbindung nach Banff ist vorhanden. Sanitäranlagen sind ok.

Full service camping makes social distancing easy! No need for washrooms or any other contact. Fantastic views and lots to do right from the campground. Biking, hiking, and lots of places to explore!
We stayed here in June and July 2020. Sites 718 and 524. Full service sites but no fire pits. Which was fine with us as we used our propane firepit. Love this campground as the roads are nicely paved and pretty close to Banff. All of the parks staff were super friendly and the views when you walk around the campground are fantastic. The sites are not the most private but it didnt bother me as most people minded their own business. Easy pull through sites were nice as well. Large campground full of kids with hiking trails surrounding the campground. Will be coming back here lots in the future!!
Washrooms/shower house were great. Lacked a bit in privacy between sites.
Quiet park after 11pm. We came here unknowingly on a Canadian Holiday Victoria Day was May 21. It was crowded and full of Japanese tourists in the park and in town. Lots of bilingual signs and most of the town was busy. Ate at the Old Spaghetti Factory and food was good. I have never seen so many rented RVs in one place.
Great campsites close to Banff!
Camp here every year
Clean, quite, great view...
NO INTERNET or I'd give it a 5 star. Every year they say they are getting it and they haven't yet. We camp here almost every year because of the location being central to many things to do in the area. It's a very popular campground so dont expect to find last minute sites to pull into or reserve unless you are just staying a day or two. Even then you might not get a spot. BOOK when the booking season opens if you are able to. The views are spectacular but the sites do make you feel like you are on a road and you merely pull off a little and that is where you camp. The sites are not wide or deep. You just pull off onto it. Some are shared pull offs so one of you has to back in. Can get tricky but everyone seems to manage. Lots of trees save the experience from being a parking lot feel. I do reccomend it. Bathrooms/Shower always kept clean. Friendly staff that keep their cool under the pressure of the multitudes of visitors. Fall (Sept) is a beautiful, crisp, time to visit. Way less crowded!!
Loved camping here! All the amenities close, but not so close to know that you are able to enjoy nature at its very finest!
Great place, big sites. Love it.
Great campground.
Beautiful RV campground in Banff National Park with full hookups if you want them.
Banf RV camping. Very organized and well kept as expected from a national park. Staff are friendly and polite.

Great park, unfortunately showers closed due to COVID
Far too open but good facilities.
Basic sites conveniently located. Book early.
Full service, very nice and quiet.
Great spot when you want to camp but still be super close to Banff. You can hear the train going by so the further you are from Tunnel Mountain Road the less you will hear them. So many great bathrooms all through the campground all very well maintained, clean and hot showers. This is our favourite place to camp with great views and a stones throw to downtown Banff.
great campsite nice reception town at the entrance to clean quiet yet close
Always have the best view when you wake up.
(Translated) Located near the shower, there was no big inconvenience. (Original) 샤워실 가까운 곳에 위치 잡으면 크게 불편할 거 없었습니다.
Great campsite and location. I do find the alcohol ban for long weekends a strange thing to have. Not that it really mattered as everyone still drank alcohol, just used sippy cups! Cheers!
(Translated) Spacious campsite with lots of space. Bus to Banff from the campsite. Price quality is good. (Original) Ruime camping met veel plek. Bus naar Banff vanaf de camping. Prijs kwaliteit is goed.
Comfortable, pull-through sites. A bit far from downtown, but secluded for added privacy. Very nice
In Tunnel Mountain 2 full hookup sites the site arrangement is poor! You don't have much room for your awning BBQ area and your either looking at the next site up or down facing each other. All this beautiful area of landscape to use and they come up with this! Little to no privacy. Very sad.
(Translated) Few amenities. (Original) Weinig voorzieningen.
(Translated) The places are spacious, we were there when it just opened that day. There were enough places available, the day after (weekend) it was almost full. the showers were free but not really great. First day I had chosen a cold shower and a small jet and the second day a different one and also a small jet. Walk around a lot on the campsite and squirrels, very beautiful! Price quality is very good. Bus stops on the grounds of the campground so that you can leave the camper when you go to the center. Prijs kwaliteit is erg goed. Bus stopt op het terrein van de campground zodat je de camper kunt laten staan wanneer je naar het centrum gaat.
First night was ok, for being parked on the ring road due to full bookings, which is just that line up behind each other on the road which is fine if that's all that's avillible to be in Banff with out a booked site , second night was worst night camping we had this year, we've been all across Canada this summer and for a national park expected it to be much better run. They stress quite after 11pm and don't monitor it. We had a group that decided to tail gate party on the ring road with truck running for 5hrs , honking vehicle horns multiple times,(which Is wonderful when your trying to sleep & keep your infant asleep as well ) . And the Phone number to call is the booking call centre which are regular office hrs. Staff that are suppose to be running the campground and doing rounds to make sure the rules are being followed aren't there during the night. (Awesome)!!!! As for the regular camp site I hope you like basicly no privacy and just off a road setting because that's what's it's it here. Will not ever camp in Banff again,
Beautiful campground.

(Original) Full hook up cg, schön gelegen mit einen shuttle Dienst id Stadt oder p&r. Sanitäre Anlagen sauber. Grosse Plätze. Leider kommt regelmäßig der Zug vorbei und grüßt.
Fantastic
First of all... Fantastic service. However, the picture's you'll see are of Village 1 campground, which is fantastic. Village 2.... Not so great, a far cry from it's elder sister, very open and not enough washrooms and showers. The scenery is great and you're only 5 mins from downtown Banff. Cost effective, near to a stunning town in Banff National Park.
Great location obviously, full hookup. But it feels too much like a parking lot. Would advise to stay next door at Trailer Mountain Village 1 if you can manage without 110v (no services). We also stayed there and had the real camping feeling with a fire pit.
Good place to do RV Camping.
Very reasonably priced, spacious site, clean and very well maintained, breath taking mountain view.
Showers are closed but everything is functional. Town site is a mess with construction and main street closed for covid and open air restaurants.
Perfect location. Plenty of privacy. Full hookup. Clean bathrooms if I wanted them
(Translated) Very large campground, but we were unlucky and had to stand overflood which was also OK. The sites are relatively close to each other which disturbs the privacy a bit. Showers and toilets were all clean, but there could have been several showers per washroom. Banff is easy to reach on foot. We were lucky and had a herd of elk with about 15 animals. The staff were very nice and helpful. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Love Banff and quite pleased that construction on trailer court is done.
(Translated) very good. Quiet and clean. Hello everyone ~~ ^^ (Original) 매우만족. 조용하고 깨끗. 모두들 웰컴 인사~~^^
Third year we've been here loved it large sites beautiful view of mountain and valley great trails walking or riding bikes close to town
Great view from our site, nice quiet spot, with decent privacy. Extremely easy to pull our 33' travel trailer into and out of the site!
Very convenient to have all hook ups. Proximity, is a drive to town, or a solid bike ride. No park around for kids.
Very well kept camp ground. Bathrooms and shower clean. Even though I stayed in a tent there was electricity and water on site. Sites are a good size. Can't beat the location as its close to town and a short walk to amazing mountain views and the hoodoos.
For a busy campground as one would expect there is lots of room between spots. Book long in advance. This is a great location. Many trails start near by and there is also a free bus system from the campground. Use it. Parking downtown is crazy and the buses run smoothly. Also they can transfer you to many of the major hiking attractions.
It's a great camp ground! The only thing that it is missing is a playground.
Love this place. Come here every year. Very family friendly. Unfortunately this year there is a forest fire on the edge of the park causing pretty heavy smoke everywhere blocking many of the spectacular views. Still Highly recommend!!!!
The sites of Banff and the surrounding areas are breath taking. However, giving Tunnel Mountain 2 a 3.5 Star. The campground was clean, no WiFi, and felt like we were just in a trailer court with how they crammed us into each of the spots. Just didn’t feel like camping, especially when there for 3 nights. No fire pits, very small spots and only one shower in bathrooms. Full hookups was nice and the staff was very helpful and great on recommendations. The shuttle service to the town of Banff was fabulous, so convenient and reasonable in price.
The biltest campground i seen 800 sites ok facilities
Fantastic location - see photo from campsite. If you're in a smaller rig, pick a double near the edge of the campsite. Big rigs...get in early.
I was working
Great place to stay
View is AMAZING n got two wooden chairs to sit and watch it and best place to start cycling.
All the comforts of home in Trailer Court! Beautifully laid out. Despite the high volume of trailers and rvs coming and going there was a herd of elk outside our trailer door this morning.
Great place To stay
Not the most private of campgrounds, but they do offer full service if you're pulling a camper with all the amenities. We stayed in site 130, which had a beautiful view of the mountain, but the highway was a mere 20m away which made it noisy. Location was fine, as it was only a few minutes drive to downtown Banff
Working on rebuilding sitel
Very nice facilities we really enjoy this campground.
Nice place handy to most everything!!
Very nice campground. Allows full hookup. Very clean washrooms.
Great!
Well run. Clean.
Nice campground. Easy to park, public transit connection to downtown Banff, peaceful at night.
Perfect spot to camp, full services for rv’s, decent sites with picnic tables, clean free showers; Wildlife on site, great to see the Elks going through the campground!!
Run by Parks Canada in Banff National Park located very near to the town of Banff. RV campsites have full service electrical, water and sewer dump. Nice level sites with picnic table and fire pit if you choose to buy a fire permit. Some sites offer incredible views of the mountains.
Camp site was nice, would have been better if it had a fire ring for campfires.
We love to visit as often as we can. Full hooks ups and amazing views and wildlife.
Great location, easy to park and level RV. Big spots, amazing views. Lots of wild life to observe, at a safe, smart, distance.
Great place .
Normally a great experience. This time a disaster. We booked online got to our space, got all set up to find the power was bad. Off to the front. They day we can move, check the power it is the same. Back to the front. Electrician came out and say it us bad and we have to move. Put everything away. Move. They give us a spot right beside bathroom and garbage cans. No thank you. Back to the front. Now this is the fourth spot but instead of 50 amp we get 30 amp. Fine. Now we have problems with some of our electrical circuits. So next week we have ti take it to the shop. Like really.
Very nice experience. Campsite is beautiful
Close to all the major attractions. Lots of room to maneuver a truck and trailer. Two check in lanes for quick entry. The sites and overall park was exceptionally clean. Not a lot of privacy between sites but pretty good considering how many sites there are. The roads are paved which is very nice. Overall I'd highly recommend this place.
Great place for camping with a RV.
Loved it
If you have an RV, this is THE place to park for 1 night or many!! The views are STAGGERING!!
(Translated) Nice campground with great views (Original) Schöner Campground mit toller Aussicht
Very good
This is a great campground with full hook up and gives you a peace of mind stay. This was our first time driving an RV and so the easy 'in out' driveways are ideal and completely stress free. Some reviews have described this as a glorified carpark but we couldn't disagree more. If you're planning on booking, there's a fab YouTube video where someone has driven around the whole trailer court and so you can see the layout and individual plots. Please note, if you stay in Section A, rows 100-400 you are closest walk to the Roam bus stop which takes you in to town.
Good Campground.

(Translated) Stopped here for one night at the end of May. The place wasn't even a quarter full. Parking space in row 800, i.e. the last row. Definitely to be recommended, because of the outer edge. An evening animal visit is inevitable. The sanitary facilities are okay and very clean. More than okay for a full hook-up place. The space is huge, so I can imagine that it is less cozy in the season. I will come back here for sure. (Original) Ende Mai für eine Nacht hier aufgestellt. Der Platz war nicht mal zu einem Viertel gefüllt. Stellplatz in Reihe 800, also der letzten Reihe. Ich komme sicher wieder hier her.
For as many campers there are this place was quite, well ran and nice wash facilities! Very clean

It's basically a place to park the RV. The lots are tiny.
Majestic scenery
Lovely place. Nice staff.
Very good camp ground
Trailer Court C can be reserved in advance. Beautiful views. Full hook ups. No wifi or cable but not really needed if you are sight seeing and going into town. Easy access for large rigs. We are 42 ft with a toad and had no problems.
