We tent camped in one of the walk in sites and it was awesome. So awesome we tried to extend for a second night only to find out the campground was closing for the season the very next day. The parking wasn't more than a hundred feet from our car and there was a bear locker right near the campsites. The only drawback was the nearest RV site running an obnoxiously loud generator in the morning. There is running water in the restrooms, no showers. You absolutely must go to the hot springs just up the road if you are camping this close!

Be aware that this campground has a limit of "3 units" which includes tents and vehicles. So if you bring 2 vehicles, you can only pitch one tent. One vehicle and you can pitch 2 tents. They will NOT allow you to pay for any extra tents or vehicles. I don't understand this, most campgrounds have a 6 person limit and charge for any extra tents. You cannot have a fire going after 11pm, even if it's still bright out at this time in the summer. The location is okay, 30 minutes from Jasper and about 15 from Miette Hot Springs. Lots of mosquitoes because the site is in the bush. Washrooms are just okay, no showers. I will absolutely not be returning to this campsite due to the very strict rules and general vibe of "killing the fun".

Excellent place to connect with nature. Doesn't have showers but the washroom are pretty clean and good. I would love to be there again!

Loved it here..would definitely come back although the C campsite only had one public bathroom and it was a long ways and I use a cane

It would have gotten full five stars but for the following honest review Positives. Friendly staff. Nice roads in and out and good wood pile if you got in on time and prepared your self. Beautiful rustic feel with no cell reception to distract you in nature. (Ye old catch 22) Negative Not impressed that the bathrooms all though clean were missing frosted glass coverings on all the windows. Windows were at the 5’ mark at the bottom. This is something I hope to see corrected seeing as the bathrooms appear recently renovated to allow a walk through. Glad my self we own a trailer and do not have to use or rely on a bathroom with such poor over site on a safety and privacy concern.
