He was very fast, very accommodating. I didn't like the first color at all - it was much darker than I expected, considering it was such a high celling space with a window at the top, and the colour looked completely different. I expected a soft gold and it looked like dark dijon mustard that completely closed in the foyer and made it feel claustrophobic. He was so very accommodating - he expertly corrected the colour to a pale butter yellow that I love and without breaking the bank. The job was done very quickly and quietly. He's definitely my go to guy for renovations!

This review is long overdue!! I met Dinh at the end of August to receive a quote for a full repaint and colour change to a condo rental property. There were LOTS of dents/dings and I was concerned about how the walls would be prepped for paint. Dinh told me to not worry and to leave it to him. After one week of us meeting the place was fully painted! I am very happy with their process and work. The team also helped to move a huge cabinet and fixed a loose door. What stood out for me is that Dinh is not concerned about getting paid until you are happy and satisfied with their work. I will definitely call him again and consider their reno services next time.

I needed to replace my bathroom vanity with a replacement that I ordered off bath depot. I got a very reasonable quote from Dinh (he came out to my apartment for a quote a few days after my initial inquiry). Within a few days of my replacement arriving, I setup a time for installation. His team was professional, wore masks at all times and cleaned up to a reasonable degree after they complete the installation. They removed the old vanity, loaded it on the cart so I could wheel it to our apartment's disposal room, assembled the vanity I ordered and installed it, with all the required plumbing. They even sawed off a part of the new vanity drawer that was being blocked by existing piping. The next day, I noticed a small leak and emailed Dinh. He sent out a guy right away. Turns out, the vanity I bought from Bath Depot had a small leak. Dinh's guy patched it up successfully. Despite my insistence, they refused any extra payment even though it wasn't their fault. Great experience overall and I would recommend them for any house repair or renovation project!

Highly recommend X painting. They painted our place beautifully before the expected time, so we could move in much earlier. Getting the quote from Dinh was easy and quick as well. He visited the place with me and explained everything properly, no surprise costs at the end. I chose the colors and they turned out just the way I was expecting. I've worked with Dinh's team twice in two years, the first time to remodel our basement bathroom, and second time to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom. Every time we were surprised by the quality of the projects, how well executed the work was, and how they always finish before the agreement date. Plus, their customer service is top class, for example, I've asked them to do a couple things more outside of our agreement: repaint here and there, help installing this and that, and they were always happy to help. The service provided by Dinh's team was top-notch, they were attentive, supportive and knowledgeable all the way. We hired Dinh as our general contractor for our full house renovation project. The house had been fully gutted and there were a lot of works need to be done, from top to bottom. After speaking with 3 other contractors, we liked the questions and suggestions Dinh gave. We were looking to have our 3 bedroom home painted with the intent to sell. Dinh suggested he paint the walls going downstairs because ecstecally it would look better. He was right. Our plan when painting was complete was to install new floor in the bedrooms, Dinh said he will come back to paint the baseboards and shoe mold. When reviewing the contract, Dinh made sure to walk through everything and answer any questions we had. He wanted to make sure we're understood everything. While Dinh said it would take his team about 7 days, they were done in 5. We were very pleased with X paintings work and would highly recommend them. By the way, the house sold in 1 day. Dinh and his team did a fantastic job providing a quick quote for painting our three rooms upstairs. He is always quick to respond to my texts and outlined what would be included in the quote. On top of his attention to detail and responsiveness, Dinh always provides fair prices (our second time having work done on the house by him) and if you are unsatisfied with any part of the work, he will come by and make sure it is fixed! Even if it it something small. On the day of the painting, Dinh came over before the painters and made sure everything was prepared for the rooms and everything we talked about doing would be done. I even requested a little extra touch up to the washroom which he said his guys would do for me. His team finished the job within the day and everything was done immaculately. The paint looked great and we even got an accent wall which was well done. They also threw in a door stopper for us which was much appreciated. Dinh, as always, checked up on the job after they were finished, and made sure everything was to our liking:) In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend and use X painting and Reno again for our painting and renovation needs. The quality and value you are getting with Dinh and his team is unmatched in this industry and I like that he will always respond to me regardless of when I message him, lol. They will always make sure the work is to your liking:)

Seems odd a legitimate business would not offer complete information on company and work being done.

These guys made my house look brand new, any area they touched looked amazing and the best best part is Dinh will not play games with you, he will make sure you are happy. Even if you have to pay 200 dollars more for a job, go with Dinh because you will not regret his work. Professional: Punctuality, Quality. Dinh and his team did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom. We made an appointment with him and he provided us with a quote which we were happy with. He outlined what would be included in the work to be done and started right away. He was always quick to respond to our texts to any questions or concerns we had. Outside of the contract we inquired if he would do a slight update to the second bathroom and change a couple of lighting fixtures and he was so willing to do it for us. He completed the job within the contract date and did an excellent job. Dinh visited to check up after they were finished to make sure everything was working perfectly and that we were happy. His attention to detail, communication and responsiveness adds to his professional abilities. We would recommend and have already done so.
