Niall and Rae came in today at 8am, as scheduled and got quickly to doing the work without hesitation. Overall, it took them under 2 hours to get everything finished, with two coats of paint. They were very organized, had all the equipment ready, the paint was ready to go, and they were very efficient. I needed to get a wall fixed, as there were a lot of scratches/dents and I wanted to get it done quickly. Between the free consultation and scheduling, it was all done in a week. I am very pleased to have used this service and will be using WOW 1 Day painting again in the future.

We were getting my dad's large condo ready to sell and needed it painted. Pirouz came to look and give an estimate. He noticed a lot of things I had not and assured me repairs would be done and the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1400 sq. foot condo would be painted in a day. I needed my main floor and upstairs painted and we went with the colour Grayish and also a pink accent wall in my daughter's room. They arrived on time at 8am and even left early, at 2:30pm, and did an amazing job. They patched up all the holes and went above and beyond patching up some water damage on the wall. I had Wow in to paint my entire house, inside and out, ceilings, walls, drop ceilings, trim. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were very friendly, conscientious, and professional. They fixed all of cracks, holes, dents and stains and made everything look perfect. The ancient drop ceiling looks brand new. I run a retail operation from my home as well, and they went out of their way to not interfere and even said hi to the customers. It was a very big job and Rob would go through what was done and what was next at the beginning and end of every day. It was really nice being kept informed. Professional, responsive and on time. Good communication throughout the process. I had two outdoor decks painted by them. It was a two-day process of first stripping the previous stain by power washing and a second day of sanding/painting the decks. They did not leave a mess and cleaned up after themselves and was pleasant throughout the process. After the job was completed, I noticed that some areas of the deck was a bit patchy and called them back to let them know. They were quick to respond to schedule another appointment to fix the areas that I had pointed out without pushback or complaint. I highly recommend considering WOW 1 day painting if it fits your budget/project.

Wow, what an amazing service! I didn’t know 1 day painting existed. I was expecting the job to take a week. I compared prices, and they were right in line with other quotes. I had the entire main floor and 2/3 of my second floor painted. Richard and his team arrived on time (they were actually early, waiting outside until the scheduled time), were polite, neat, professional, and got right to work. When I returned from work, they were just cleaning up, job was done. Everything looked great. I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be calling them next time I have a big painting job to be done. Update. The review above was to paint my home to sell it. We bought a new home, and wanted it painted as well. It’s absolutely amazing that they can come and paint your entire home in one day. Walls, ceilings, trim, doors both upstairs and downstairs, as well as some work outside on pillars and trim. They are fast, good, polite, great people to work with.

I used Wow painting 2 years ago to paint the spindles on our staircase and they did a phenomenal job. I thus called them again recently to paint our kitchen and family room. They were available to come out and quote the next day and had painters available the day after that! Within 48 hours of thinking about my painting project it was completed and they transformed our space from dark and dreary to bright and airy. The painters, George and Kayle, were here on time and were so fast, skilled and professional - they painted 3 coats within 7 hours and were gone by 4 pm. They were perfectionists and did a beautiful job! The only downside is that our new paint job makes the rest of our house look dowdy now - so we'll have to call Wow back again soon to paint the other rooms!

This company came along at exactly the right time. Last Sunday, I realized that I was not going to be able to go paint our apartment in time for the move, nor would I have done a good job. On the way home, I happened to see one of the wow1day vans, and thought I'd look them up. All the reviews seemed very good, so I thought I'd book an estimate. Got the estimate last Tuesday, and the guys came in today and painted. I have to say this company completely exceeded all of my expectations from start to finish. Starting right with the IVR to book the estimate, to the friendly call centre rep, to Rae who came and worked up our estimate, to the three amazing painters who came in today promptly at 8 a.m. and painted our kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, master bedroom, two bathrooms, and two closets. They were prompt, friendly, funny, professional, detail-oriented, and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the job they were doing throughout the day. I have absolutely zero complaints, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great job, all!

Crew were very friendly and always asked for clarification on areas that needed to be painted. Painting did not get completed in one day due to some damage that was done on the eaves trough and siding when the ladder was placed against these areas. They absolutely ruined my bedroom. A two day job became a one day job because they were short staffed. Then early in the day one of the workers stormed out and didn't return. They did not allow time for the plasterwork to dry, and they did not prime the plaster before painting it, resulting in different sheens on the walls and peeling paint. Also got blue paint on my white ceiling. I was repeatedly told prior to painting, that I would not pay until I was satisfied with the job. Yet late that night when they finished, they demanded payment in full. I in the end I had to hire someone else to prime and repaint the whole room.

We booked Wow Painting to paint our living/dining room area. Kim and his team were great. Kim came early for the free estimate and provided us with a quote right away. Brian came right at 8 am and was done by 2 pm. He was nice and pleasant and made sure everything was clean before he left. He missed a spot in one area but when we contacted Kim about it, Kim came right away and touched it up. We would definitely hire them again when it's time to have our whole house painted. One comment though about booking was that it took a couple of days for them to call us back so we could go ahead with the booking. We called 2 or 3 times and they kept telling us that Kim would get in touch with us. Hovig and his team cut zero corners in completing the painting of our 4000 square foot house to the highest grade in 2 days. We had a reasonably large interior and exterior paint job for the team at our home. We did require quite a few touch-ups and additional coats after the initial day that the group came to paint. That said, Rob, the lead painter, addressed all of our issues promptly throughout the entire project. The exterior job did suffer from a few scheduling issues due to weather and some last-minute go/no-go communication issues with us. Still, ultimately the job was completed and looked fantastic! My only suggestion to the team at Wow 1 Day Painting is to have enough senior people paired with the younger workers on the larger jobs to ensure quality the first time, so there doesn't need to be too many trips back to touch up and correct mistakes.

This was provided to me in a printed folder with all of the terms, conditions and scope of work. This is so simple and makes it clear how much everything will cost. This was also emailed to me. Pros Started work on time at 7:30am and finished at 4:30pm wow! Exceptional communication by email and phone. Overall a trustworthy company and would highly reccomend them. Cons Etransfer instructions not clear as the lead painter stated to make payment to one email address and email instructions stated to send to another email address. The day of the job the sales guy Peter isnt actually on site. Would have preferred to know who the lead painter would be in advance. Cost of work $4K for a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom in Bayview/Sheppard area.

Kim's team was amazing! They arrived on time, with all of their equipment and instructions so they were off to a fast start. Throughout the day our house was full of the sounds of the crew working away on 2 coats of paint with sanding between coats ... the quality of the job was worth every penny! Starting with first contact I mean first call everything was going at a pace according to 21st century. Kim came in two days to see and acknowledge what he has to do and booked the job in the next 4 days because was a long weekend. The team was in time and finished the job in 5 hours or so. Speaking of clean yes was clean but less then what I was expecting. Actually to be fair depends on every team member because some rooms were clean and others especially one bedroom was disappointing. I had called WOW 1day painting on Tuesday, I met Peter and Giovanni they were very professional and personable, they went through everything that I had wanted to be done, made detailed list of everything that needed to be done, and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Right there they got me an appointment for painters to come in on Thursday, because of all the repairs to do to the ceiling and walls, they needed another 1/2 day to finish. Thursday morning George arrived promptly at 8am went through all the repairs that needed to be done and even thing that I didn’t even notice he repaired. He continued to work until 5 pm and finished all the main floor painting. Friday George and 4 other painters showed up and finished the job. 1/2 hour passed and Peter came around to see how everything was. WOW nice job.

I was curious when I heard one day, and after months of a kitchen Reno it seemed impossible that 2 or 3 coats in a 1000 sq foot room surrounded by windows could be completed in a day. The team arrived early and ready to go. They covered every single thing in my room. They were so courteous and professional. Wow 1 Day painting painted our living room, dining room and bedroom. We've been wanting to do it forever, and finally decided to pull the trigger. Hovig and his team showed up right on time at 8am. They were professional and lovely. We only took down drapes, they shifted the furniture around themselves. We tried not to peek until they were finished. when we walked in the room, I literally said WOW. Their work so far surpassed anything we could have done on our own. Their work was crisp. They took real care. They were finished earlier than they projected. They walked us through the house to make sure we were happy with everything. They swept twice before leaving. WOW is the correct name for this company. We needed a quick repair and paint job and WOW sent George Monday morning. They said 9am and they were here at 9am. What impressed us was how they prepared the areas they were working in by draping plastic from ceiling to floor. The repair was top notch, and the painting was equally top notch. Super polite, great communication, double checked his own work before asking us to inspect it. George cleaned up afterwards. In COVID times, this kind of service is non-existent or so we thought. Cedar deck staining, Nick and George were polite, friendly, punctual. I would suggest though that testing colour should be done especially when staining a deck with existing stain. This was not offered and would be worth any small added cost. I would suggest also that job should be thoroughly checked immediately though, as on later inspection an area was missed, this would prevent revisiting. Update : Unfortunately this did not work out but the company did issue a full refund. It would be preferable not to get into assigning stars in this case, but that can’t be done in a review. I've had this company paint the interior of our house and had them back for staining the deck recently. Kim Rood is excellent to deal with and stands behind the workmanship of his staff. If there are any problems, this company excels at meeting and exceeding client expectations with the level of integrity that one would expect. With the latest project, because it involved outdoor work, I personally received messages from Kim indicating that inclement weather will affect the end result and so there were some minor delays to the project, but all understandable and completely out of their hands. Incredible experience with the team from WOW. Fast, 10/10 quality and friendly. But it gets better. 4 years after they painted my house, I needed to do some touch ups so I emailed Kim on a weekend on the off chance that he kept the paint codes for each room. 26 minutes later he responded that he’d check with the paint store on Monday. Monday he responded with all my paint codes. You will not get service like this from anyone else. Especially 4 years later!

A friend recommended WOW so I gave them a call. The WOW team was fantastic! From the very beginning, the professionalism of the sales person, to the crew that showed up early in the morning to begin the job, they were all so great to work with! I called for a quote and was told that because of the season Wow doesn't work in the markham area that I live in. I'm shocked!! The office is on East beaver Creek. I am literally 10 minutes distance . Disappointed but maybe I should just take this as a sign. Editing my review to clarify. This call was not for outdoor painting it was indoor. I spoke with Kelsey. Kelsey took my PC and told me that "they" were in Mississauga and currently have no painters in the Markham area due to the season. I should call back in March.

We had some small holes in the wall, including a large one from a wall mounted phone. When Doug and Nadeen were finished, you couldn't see anything other than beautifully painted smooth walls. Couldn't even tell where the holes had been. They laid a floor covering from the front door to the kitchen as soon as they came in the house. Every edge is clean and perfect. The workers got here first thing in the morning and finished on time like they said and did an excellent job painting the exterior window trims on the house. I hired WOW 1 DAY PAINTING to remove the stucco ceiling (popcorn ceiling) and to plaster and paint the ceiling as well. From the estimator (Niall) who was great and very knowledgeable to the team leader (Hovig) who was absolutely incredible. His team was very respectful of our home and treated our dog as if it their own dog. Hovig and his team came in and got straight to work nearly completely everything in 1 day which was very impressive due to the amount of stucco ceiling they had to remove. We used WOW 1 day painting to paint the entire first floor of a large bungalow. The workers arrived on time, did a great job covering everything up and prepping surfaces. The painting itself was very well done and surprisingly fast. All is done in 1 day. At the end of the day, the project leader did a walk through with us and touched up any areas that needed it. I noticed some minor issues the next day but they came back quickly to address them. The workers were courteous and friendly as well as accommodating. I would definitely recommend WOW painting and would use them again.
