Learning of my struggle with Lymphoma and that I am working with a fixed income, Chris helped me and the other driver by offering me an especially reasonable rate. It was just a slight discount, but meant groceries for me and my 8 year old daughter... best customer service, in half the price then what company charges, you get exact same repairs here with exact company's colour matching and same finish, ROMEO (manager) and CHRIS (painter) are the best person to contact if you want to have your job done accurately, I have Venza and the way they finish the car is beyond expectations, exact colour match then what scarborough toyota was explaining, Best persons and best service specially from Romeo and Chris! good luck Macco Guys manager & painter are changes now and so the services are also changed to betterment! they do wonderful job guys, if you really want to save toons of extra money paying to companies,, macco is the place to get you car repaired, specially to Finch macco with Romeo and Chris.

Hey i’m reading reviews hearing a lot about this guy chris. I have a 2004 honda civic Si that i am currently bringing back to life. i would like to have the car painted as the body was left in rough shape for me. i found about about maako but i have seen a lot of bad reviews on different locations. i’m 17 years old so a $6000 paint job really isn’t the best option for me. any suggestions about this north york location? the reviews here seem pretty good. it’s sounds like chris is good guy so please send feedback.

Ask for Chris Boodhoo @ Maaco. As always, get at least 3 quotes for any major work to be done ... so get an estimate from 2 other bodywork/paintshops and then get an estimate from Chris @ Maaco. He is the guy who spray painted the Pope's buggy the last time the pontiff was here in Toronto. You will find him honest, direct & fair. The estimate he quoted for us was reasonably & competitively priced and the work he did for us was - as to be expected from a Maaco franchise - very good. With decades of experience & training in the industry, Chris professionally repainted & restored the rear bumper and rear quarter panel of our near vintage 1998 Jaguar Vanden Plas within a day ... an AMAZINGLY quick turnaround. Very expensive. Their charges are more than the company dealership. It is not that their quote was out of my budget because the insurance company is paying for everything. But why should we pay more unnecessarily. The Mercedes Dealership quoted the price for bumper repaint much lower than Maaco. Now don't tell me that Mercedes work is inferior or they are not giving warranty.

I had some work to do on my car. At first Chris gave me an estimate at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately at the time I didn't jump on the offer to do repair my car but then I spoke with Tony and I am very impressed at the phenomenal job they have done with my car. I recommend their shop if you have any issues with auto body repair. I can truly say without a doubt they are the one of the best and don't hesitate.

Exceedingly rude service for no apparent reason. I believe I was dealing with a person by the name of Ray Lamothe. Scratched my car with a piece of a junk in an effort to "demonstrate" the problem with my vehicle, and then told me to get out, that I am wasting his time while adding a few other rude remarks. What a loser! Avoid at all cost!

Unfortunately had to visit Maaco for a dent resulting from a high curb and which affected the front door as well. The manager Ross put all his effort to save my money and I got a quote which was just half than a standalone body shop. They did the repair seamlessly followed by a paint job. Wonderfully done!! I recommend it very strongly.

Booked an appointment well in advance 2 weeks. Came in and was told that they are backlogged and to bring it in another day. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time. Reading here some of the other reviews about their low quality of work..... I am glad that I did not leave my vehicle with them. Took it to another location for half the price these guys quoted me, saved money and happy with the work done.

I have to say I saved well over $1200 on my repairs from the lexus dealer quote but they kept my car for over 7 days!! Ross said it will only take 5 days to repair but he couldn't get all the correct parts....this shop is crazy busy and I think they just don't have enough ppl working there. If time is not a factor then the price is worth the wait.

My MX5 got hit and did not want to pay for a new bumper. I found Maaco through it's great google reviews and I was not disappointed. Chris has been in the industry for longer than I've lived, he had my bumper painted and repaired within the day! Would recommend going to him for repair quotes any day. He uses this software that thoroughly shows the cost of any damaged part, so fees are never eyeballed/ estimated. He even under charged me from my original quota. I see myself bringing my business here again.

A neighbour hit my 17-year-old car, so after getting three estimates, I went with the lowest estimate I could, because despite the fact that I love it, the car is old, and I'm not looking to ding the neighbour for a big repair bill. The car turned out great, I was expecting it to look better, I guess I wasn't expecting it to look perfect again. Cheapest repair, high quality work, and I had my car back in under 3 days. Hopefully I don't get in another collision for another 17 years, but I will definitely refer anyone that asks to this shop.

Someone had dinged my door in a parking lot. I thought there was paint damage so I took it to Maaco for a quote. After review of the damage, staff told me I didn't require their services, and should look at paintless dent removal. They talked themselves out of a job that didn't need doing, instead of taking advantage. If I need collision repair in the future, I will go back to this shop because of their honesty.

Tony is just great and he is always so upfront. If he can’t do it, he will tell you unlike other shops that beat around the bush. Great place to get your car fixed, also the estimates he provides are very reasonable and is always willing to price match any other shop. Five stars for maaco.

Had some body repair work done from an "oops" in an underground parking lot. Dealt with Tony Jagdeo who was outstanding in customer service. Easy to talk too, highly professional, good pricing and he went the "extra mile" in fixing a few other scratch marks as it wouldn't have looked good after the paint job. He is a perfectionist and the car looks great on the passenger side door. He did what he said he would do! He was open and honest- such a refreshing change. Would highly recommend them and I have done so already to friends and family! Thank you Tony and team!

Greedy and unprofessional! Had a terrible experience after an accident, where the shop was unable to repair my vehicle and held it hostage for months, refusing to release the vehicle to another shop, capable of repairing it. The owner Mario attempted to charge us and the insurance company thousands of dollars for unannounced "storage" fees and all kinds of "fees" without having done any work on the car and while refusing to release the car. Avoid at all costs!

Got my car painted and got the 5 year warranty. After 2 years it was peeling off, i went back to them and the manager said i had to email head office. I waited for a month and no reply. Went back and the manager said he will email them as well and call me when he hears back. My warranty expired and i got rid of the car.

Ross Guerrero was full of smiles and promises initially but when their low quality work started falling apart he became threatening and aggressive to the point I felt physically threatened. I get angry and upset each time I now hear a Maaco commercial. Save yourself the trouble and take your car somewhere else.

We brought our 1983 Benz 380 SL to the 1100 Finch Ave Maaco location for a full re-painting last month. We were blown away with the overall experience. So happy we choose to go with these guys. The attention to detail and care these folks gave our little gold baby surpassed what we had expected. The technicians really did go above and beyond. A truly professional painting job! She looks like new. The price for the work was very reasonable...well within what we had set out as a budget....and the work was complete right on time! The icing on the cake was the outstanding customer service. Everyone was pleasant and extremely informative. Very welcoming. Brought my moms car there ... it took them 3 month to fix it ( that kind of job should take 2-3 weeks max) First they were telling me that it takes to long to get parts .( talked to my buddy - who works as a mechanic- he checked a computer - parts were available within a week) Then after everything got fixed they told me that they forgot to order one part - and that its not their fault ... And so on ...then after two month they started ignoring my calls ... And every week - they were telling me that the car will be ready next week ...!!! After a year - the paint started pilling off... Even it says that they have a lifetime warranty - I would never bring my car there again.

I got referred here by my brother who had to get a paint job done. He let me know these guys did an amazing job and so I decided to check them out. My civic had a few damages on both the drivers and passenger rear quarter panels. My front bumper also needed a quick paint job done. Tony and his team did a beautiful job on my car. It looks brand new with no damages and paint looking great. You can’t even tell the difference between the part of the car that wasn’t painted versus the part that was. Totally recommend Tony and his team!

I brought my car to maaco after being rear ended thinking I will be treated like a customer but I was very disappointed to learn that they treat you like a bag of garbage. First of all, my car was "finished" a day later than promised. When I came to pick up my car I noticed that the paint was peeling off the bumper and also there was overspray on my exhaust tips even though Ross promised to take the bumper off the car. I brought up the issue to Ross and he promised to take care of me for no additional cost so I still had some hope. Picking up my car the second time now to only notice a large clump of paint on my bumper. Ross told me to bring the car back the third time to get it fixed but I have since given up with maaco and decided to not go back. It's beyond me how Ross releases cars back to his clients without doing a simple inspection. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere to get your car fixed.

Sure enough he gave me a call 4 days later letting me know that I could come pick up my car and I must say the work was very very well done. I highly recommend Maaco North York! Tony takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be done and let's you know in advance if there are any constraints or potential things that could cause delays. AND they even washed it for me, so i was glistening when i arrived. I live downtown toronto but I won't be taking my car anywhere else for repairs. Definitely 5 stars.
