I hired them to paint the exterior windows of my first house. I have nothing good to say about my experience. Poor communication and work. I was told the job would take one day and was supposed to be done by a different person. It took over a week to get done and he would leave both days for almost two hours because he kept "forgetting something " . He got paint on my sidewalks, frames, glass,curtains, patio, and the house. He also messed up three of my screens and painted the windows completely shut because he closed them. I was told everything would be fixed and that was almost three weeks ago, I have not yet gotten a response to my emails. I am very upset and concerned about the windows not opening being a fire hazard because all of my first floor windows will not open. And like I said this is my first house, thanks for the disappointment..

We had our kitchen painted earlier this year. Besides working around cabinets and appliances the ceiling needed fixed from a bathroom water leak. The results were fantastic! Our painter Jessica was the best ever to do work in our house--and we've had a bunch over the years. She was fast, efficient, organized, and followed all health and safety protocols. The transformation was amazing--especially on the ceiling! I highly recommend CertaPro Painters and will use them for my next painting job.

Scheduled an appt. and called in to change the date. The new date was conformed by customer service rep. I received an email from the owner. She confirmed my new dat and said she would forward the new date to the sales rep. Well, no one showed up on the day of the scheduled appt. I called in to the 800 number and could barely understand what the customer service rep. was saying. He had me on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up. I emailed back to the owner and no response until I replied 3 times. Unbelievably poor customer service and very poor management. I would stay away from them, go elsewhere.

Certa Pro painters Pablo and Ronaldo painted our downstairs in January 2018 and power washed the exterior and did caulking and painting in April 2018. They were on time, professional, cleaned up when finished, and the quality of their work is excellent. We plan to have them back in January 2019 to do more interior painting. They are very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Certa Pro to everyone.

CertaPro has done several painting projects on our house, and we are completely satisfied with the results. CertaPro starts with sending a professional estimator/project manager to your home, this last time he was a Sergeant Major in the Marine Corps, who listened to what we wanted done, measured the area, and gave us a reasonable price quote. Then you are called by a CertaPro professional to schedule a time and date to start and complete your project. They will also answer any questions you may have concerning your project. Baran, one of the painters contracted by CertaPro arrives on the date and time given and professionally completes his job. CertiPro then calls you back to see if you are satisfied with the results of your completed project. I don't think there is a job they will not take on, and they guarantee satisfaction of the results.

Our painters arrived on time and did everything as agreed upon. They were very professional. We asked for one wall to get a special treatment as an accent wall, and this was done just as we'd asked. One room including the accent wall and a stairway with a very high ceiling were done in two days. The paint job is very nicely done and the cleanup was immaculate.

CertaPro coated our garage floor with polyuria. Although it was a bit of money to spend, it was well worth the value. I think it will remain in great condition for many years to come. You didn't have to be off of it for days either. They did a wonderful job and were easy to communicate with along the way. I highly recommend them.
