I asked for roots, overall lightening and a trim. It was terrible! My roots hadn't been done, and the rest of my hair was brown with blotches of bright blonde. She had layered my hair ( which I hadn't asked for). I called afterward, and she gave excuses (that it was her first time trying that particular technique, that she was adding "dimension", that that is what I asked for). It was so embarrassing, I kept my hair in a bun. It was $110, plus $90 to have the it fixed at another salon. This was awhile ago, so hopefully it's improved since.
