I will start by saying that I don't generally write bad reviews for places, especially local ones, but this was a horrible experience. Initially we called Dale Kitchen and Bath to give us an estimate for a shower that needed replacing in our 5 year old house. They were very responsive and we had Dale come out the same day. He was very thorough and assured us that he wasn't going to try to sell us more than we need which we appreciated being a young family. He said it would be 1-2 days for an estimate. That was 16 days ago. We just received the estimate today after my husband and I both called over the course of the past week requesting it. Not only did we have to track them down to give us the quote, but it is very clear by the estimate that they don't want our business. The estimate was for replacing a shower and reusing the existing glass front, so a small job. The quote is over $8000 plus tax, which is absolutely ridiculous. For a basic shower. If the company didn't want our business and wants to focus on jobs that will make them more money that's fine, but tell us that from the outset and don't ignore us for 2 weeks while we wait for a quote we thought would be reasonable. I am almost 37 weeks pregnant and we told Dale when he came for the quote we were hoping to get this job done ASAP so I don't have to worry about bringing a new baby home to renovations. Overall an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I really hope they don't treat all of their potential customers with such blatant disrespect.

Our Kitchen Renovation was implemented from start to finish seamlessly by Dales expertise. The entire team is friendly, organized, helpful, punctual and patient. They created the picture I had in my mind and matched the stain to furniture I own. I am sure it wasn’t an easy task. The jobs were quoted fairly and completed in a realistic time frame. My husband and I are extremely picky about details (to a fault!)...Dale and Justin were patient and worked very hard to ensure all of our needs were met. Called this morning and spoke to a "Neil", he acted as tho taking my call was a trouble. He also laughed at me when I asked a rough price. The Ego in this company is inflated and i would bet there prices are too. Ill spend my money on someone who tries a little harder to bring positivity into the world. Don't waste your time calling.

The process was professional, personal, clean, expedient – all during a period of heavy road construction outside my front door. Dale and team delivered beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Dale and his entire team for your kitchen renovation. From design to completion, the team were dedicated, on time and thorough. I felt Dale listened to what I wanted and made it a reality. He has a sense of humour too !

My wife and i wanted to do a bathroom renovation. So we did some shopping around and looked into Dales for a bathroom vanity and countertop. We booked an appointment to do some measurements for the estimate and Dale never showed up. I ended up calling to find out an eta and they were oblivious to the appointment. Once the measurements were completed we waited 6 weeks for the estimate. We called and inquired and finally after numerous inquiries we received the estimate. We asked when the vanity could be completed and we told we are going to Florida for 2 weeks and we would not be able to have it complete for at least 8 weeks. We waited almost 8 weeks for them to show up and give an estimate. We planned 3-4 months in advance to allow ample time for the vanity to be built and Dale and his Team failed in every way. I would not recommend Dales for any bathroom renos. Very disappointed and will shop else where. Customer Service is not existent.

Here's the scoop- I initially hired Bath Fitters for this job for "said" amount of money. Justin, being a good friend of mine, stopped by to see my new house and asked about the bathroom as it was NOT functional(the shower/tub was disassembled). I advised my communication with Bath Fitters, and Justin had a casual conversation with me explaining he could likely help me out and address the bathroom as a whole, rather than just the tub surround. His knowledge and professionalism sold me-This guy knows his bathrooms!! As discussed, this bathroom was not functional-Justin had a plumber come out THAT day and at least got our water running in the shower...THANKS PAT! Then COVID happened-This was unavoidable and unfortunate. Justin was in contact with me throughout the closure of his shop and was very informative with how things were going to progress. I am very happy with how my bathroom turned out, I am very happy with the level of care and professionalism held, and I am very happy to recommend Dale Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking for some bathroom/kitchen work!

I had a great experience working with Dale on my recent kitchen reno. The kitchen came out great and everything went smoothly even with everything that's been going on these last few months. They were always helpful and responsive and the installer did a fantastic job putting it in. You can really tell they take pride in their work.
