Matt is a professional. After our log house suffered significant water leakage from snow load/ ice damming and skylight failure our insurance adjuster contacted RR&R to prepare an estimate. This estimate was produced in a timely manner and when approved by our insurance company we contracted RR &R to do the substantial repairs. The project was started early, completed and within budget. The new roof looks great and we have had many compliments on the interior finishing where 2 skylights were removed. I would contract with them again and recommend them to others.

Matt Pringle and his team, Rapid Restoration, saved our home in January of 2021. After a heavy snow fall and warming temperatures, our home suffered severe water damages due to ice damming. Our insurance company contacted this company to assess the issues and once we were approved from our insurance company, Rapid Restoration started the work immediately on repairing our home. The scope of work was a huge undertaking for this company as we discovered more issues in our home as work continued into spring. Work scope included mold remediation, spray foaming in our crawl space, tear out of entire ceiling with in the house and rebuilding of two walls, one of which was a load bearing exterior wall with 5 windows and a sliding patio door. Matt and his team were consistently professional, punctual, flexible when subcontractors timelines shifted and took great care with our home keeping the wood stove going and looking after all of our house plants. We were impressed with the quality and detail finishings, both on the exterior and interior of our home. We felt informed throughout the process and every question was answered in great detail. The execution of this work saved our home! We are so thankful to Matt and his team. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with dealing with these kinds of emergencies.
