Extremely professional company to work with! I was extremely pleased with the exterior brick staining project. It was a facelift on my semi-detached home built in the mid-50s! The neighbor's are amazed with the new look of the house. I would highly recommend this company. In their 5 years, Sharp Lines has managed to move miles ahead of the competition by not only paying all staff a salary, medical benefits and vacation (I know this because I ask about how things work behind the scenes) but also ensuring a pleasant client experience with well trained and friendly staff. They are in it for the long term and are setting new standards about the way the industry operates, which typically puts staff second (paying hourly/part-time wages). We started painting ourselves but realized how much work it was and we did not have the time, between business trips. Sharp Lines Painting was extremely easy to deal with from start to finish and did the job while I was partly away on business. They did a great job on my exterior using premium paint against moisture which is a big problem in our area and Vancouver as a whole I'm sure. The painters were efficient from what my wife says and kept surrounding areas clean. They were even able to take off our downspouts to get in behind of them. I am very pleased with the finished look.

Had a horrible experience dealing with Paul he doesn't care about his customers. I was threatened by paul with late fees a day after the crew was here but paul was not willing to come see the work/damage done to my walls and belongings. I had many issues I thought a production manager would most definitely be involved but Paul will claim he is just the marketing side of things when it benefits him. I recommend checking this company's insurance and credentials.

Hired Sharp Lines to paint our main floor, job was quick, clean and tidy. They took extra time to make sure our brand new flooring was covered and furniture was moved carefully. The project manager even helped us find a contractor to do our kitchen Reno’s including the counter tops, sink and backsplash. Thanks!

Its taken me close to two years to be able write this review. We took possession of our place August 2019 and contracted Sharp Lines Painting to paint the entire interior (minus doors and closets). The project manager Paul was completely unreliable, on the last day of painting I received a call to urgently head to the condo as there had been a fire, yes you heard that right a FIRE. I arrived at the same time Paul did to a home full of fire fighters, luckily no one was hurt and the fire was localized to our spare bathroom. Immediately after things calmed down Paul harassed me with message about if i was "satisfied with the service" to pay the reminder for what we owed. We told him that we were in fact not satisfied, fire aside the work was not great. He sent the contracted painted over and made us walk him around and point out all of the issues. Streaks on walls, left over painters tape, 5 LARGE bags of trash left over, holes that were ever never covered up, list goes on. He forced us to pay him at the end of that visit and as we were too overwhelmed with insurance and restorative companies we paid him to basically leave us alone. Fast forward two years we just finished our claim, we paid for the entire painting service, as well as our insurance deductible because the company was not responsive to the calls from our home insurance company.
