We recently purchased our first home. As exciting as that is, our taste in paint colour didn’t quite line up with the previous owner. I called at least 7 different painting companies/contractors for quotes - some were recommendations from a Facebook group I’m in, others I google searched and called on my own. Now, roll in Stuart from Pedigree Painting. He was truly a cut above the rest. The first painter (I had spoken with) to provide true customer service. He answered all my questions and really took the time to explain the painting process to me and what services he could provide. Throughout the entire process, Stuart went above and beyond. He and his crew more than met our expectations, they surpassed them in every way - pricing, customer service and the quality of work. His crew is polite, clean and took great care of our new home. You should see how beautiful our new home looks! We are so happy to have chosen Pedigree Painting! No headaches, no fuss, no mess or damage, just outstanding service. Not sure where to even start! I saw Stuart's truck driving in Langley and loved his truck wrap! I then saw his flyer in my mail and figured it must be fate. In my initial call to Stuart I found him to be very professional and he booked me in for a quote and thats where our business relationship started! Stuart came to my home and him and his crew did an amazing job! They were there when they said they would be, they were professional and did an awesome job. Curb appeal ! It can add up to 7% of the value of your home . So having a fresh coat of exterior paint every 10 years is important . But who to find to do it? I was very pleased with Stuart and his team from Pedigree painting . They taped and caulked and had power wash before first brush hit the wood . Great team of professionals and tidy as well . While the initial visit with Pedigree Painting inspired confidence in our choice of painters, the end result was not what we expected. It was fairly obvious that the communicated "prep work" was not done in most places, there were (and still are) major coverage issues, paint splotches on EVERY surface (carpet, railings, ceiling, hardwood floor, countertops, garage floor, door trim) and damage to our wall where they screwed the railing in so hard in pushed into the drywall. When they returned to deal with the deficiencies they seemed to rush through and ended up getting MORE paint on the carpets. The damage to the railing was not dealt with in an appropriate way and is not fixed. The end result was to cancel the rest of the job with Pedigree. We are now searching for another company to re-do their work.

Needed the main floor and stairs repainted after 7 years and a young family. Looked around and PP instantly stood out as a professional company. From the initial meeting with Stuart to liaising with Paul and team, every step was explained and updated until completion. They understood what was important to me and delivered. Managed to save a little extra during the lockdown months and decided to get some paintwork freshened up. Mostly skirtings and doors which resulted in me wanting walls etc done. I had a color consult and who knew there were so many shades of white ! I chose white with a rustic green and the result was simply stunning. I love these new shades and the fresh look it gives to my home. The skirtings were new and very deep and with the paint job they look super elegant. Was it perfect start to finish, almost. I trust these guys and being a female living with my wife it is important to feel this sense of security. Good job Paul and the squad.
