We’ve done a lot of renos over the years and worked with a lot of different painters. These guys are consumate professionals. They showed up to quote immediately. It wasn’t the cheapest, and it wasn’t the most expensive, and seeing the final product, it was excellent value. Dealing with Talon and his team was super easy - friendly and highly responsive. They completely painted everything in our 2-bedroom condo in exactly the 3-day time frame they said it would take. Our belongings were meticulously protected with full taping and plastic coverings - the place looked cleaner when they left than when they arrived. And the quality of the job is first-class. No flaws anywhere - smooth perfection without a drip or streak to be found. Settling cracks and screw pops that had popped up over time are gone without a trace. The baseboards and trim are works of art without a seam in sight. Highly recommend these guys!

Can I vote for 6 stars? I never thought I would be raving for a service-based company, let alone a painting company, but here I am. Blown away by the great service and work from the Level 5 crew. I seriously an't say enough great things about Talon and his team! They painted 2 of our properties so far and they did a phenomenal job at both. They were always punctual, polite, professional, and clean up so well after themselves. You can tell Talon and his team are proud of their work by the smiles they have on their faces and how clean they keep their uniform. They accommodated to our schedule and respected our place as if it's their own. They cover all furnitures before doing any work and clean up with shop vac after, filled in all the holes, leaving the job site clean and tidy. After we moved our furniture in and lived in the house for a few months, we noticed a couple imperfections on the wall (caused by us moving furniture around and some that missed during the initial painting. Without a beat, Talon took ownership and came to our house again to fix all the damages we identified. He even found a few more we missed and fixed those. All those for no extra cost, it's just part of the warranty and goodwill. I highly, highly recommend Level 5 Painting to anyone looking to get a painting job done right. Level 5 did our entire basement (~1100sqft) turned it from dark maroon to beautiful white paint in TWO DAYS. Thank you Talon for providing such an excellent service!

So we chose Level 5 based off google reviews.. they came and gave us a quote, and while they weren’t the cheapest they were VERY close, and with their almost perfect 5 star reviews we went with them and boy I’m glad we did. Day 1 they arrived, got set up and went to work. My wife double checked the paint / stains, everything looked good and off she went. We came back at the end of the day and were devastated! The stain was all wrong! It looked more like dark paint than stain! We didn’t even know what had happened? That didn’t match the pics from the display at all! We called David and expressed our concern.. the following morning he went to the store to figure out what happened, and to no fault of theirs or ours, the display in the store was mislabelled!! We have no idea what color we actually ended up with but it wasn’t what we chose at all. Let me tell you, it took these boys 3 days of labour to sand down all the wood that had been stained, up high, above their heads up ladders etc but they didn’t complain one bit and they got the job done! House is finished, paint and stain look fantastic and my 40 year old home looks brand new! We couldn’t be more happier and i can’t say enough good things about David and the entire crew at Level 5. They pressure wash prior to paint., they work fast, they clean up all their mess and they don’t miss any details. If i could give them 6 stars i would. Highly recommended

We had a hiccup along the way but Talon went out of his way to make sure these issues were taken care of. 10/10 customer service. The price was great also. Out of the 4 quotes we received, Level 5’s quote was by far the best! They used good paint, showed with a crew of people who are all polite, professional and appear to enjoy what they are doing. I highly recommend Level 5.

I was impressed with David from the moment I met him at a friend's house. It was my good fortune that he was coincidentally there at the same time I was there - he was there to give them a quote so I asked for his card. David showed up at our house on time, which impressed me immediately as most other contractors I have hired are late or a no-show. Level 5 painting I found on line and contracted outside painting of our three level house after searching the google reviews. They are absolutely wonderful, flexible, and listen to customers' questions/concerns/choices very carefully. David is very easy to talk with and the whole crew worked according to the contract. The other importance is this company never sublet the parts of their painting job to other smaller companies, and I like that very much.
