We are a 185-unit townhouse complex on approximately 12 acres of land. Alumni was hired to perform an exterior re-coat of our 30 buildings. They accomplished this over the 2021 Spring, Summer and early Fall seasons, which was an impressive feat given the size of our complex and some of the weather challenges faced this year. During this project, considerable siding and stucco repairs were also undertaken - Alumni and our repair contractor worked together in a productively harmonious and collaborative manner, which was enormously helpful and resulted in considerable time and cost savings for the strata corporation. As with any large project, some challenges arose; however, George, Elija and their team were exceptionally responsive to all issues and resolved each to our complete satisfaction. George, as the Alumni principal responsible for our project, was always available to both the strata corporation liaison member and to the independent project inspection team retained by the strata corporation. The lines of communication were open, transparent and very satisfying. The strata corporation also requested some changes and additions mid-project – reasonable quotes were accepted, and the amendments were accommodated and incorporated seamlessly into the project, without jeopardizing timelines. Overall, the project proceeded with minimal impact upon residents, and concluded with our complex looking much improved. We are very pleased with the professional quality of painting performed by Alumni, and would not hesitate to recommend them to other prospective customers, especially those needing a company capable of larger projects.

HERE IS THE COMPANY FOR YOUR PAINTING PROJECT Meet Alumni Painters Ltd. because The Harmony Strata Council is extremely happy that they did. George Barr, his foreman Jason and crew performed flawlessly. Our building is in it's sixth year and this was the strata's first major maintenance project. We were introduced to Alumni by our strata management company, which is one of the largest around. The Alumni presentation was straight forward, exuding confidence and knowledge which made it so comfortable to discuss our needs without any pressure.Budget is always the first consideration for stratas and we were able to work out an arrangement that made our project much easier to accomplish financially. As for performance, we were very impressed with how they managed to carry out their work so quietly and efficiently without seeming to even be in our building. There were no surprises, and not one occasion to cause a review of the contract terms. The work was done exactly to specifications and we received progress reports, which we did not expect. Our strata would explore any avenue to make sure we employed Alumni Painters Ltd. again.
