Was blindsided by a deer. Took out hood, fender, two doors. Everyone at Dixon's made this experience not as disruptive one would have imagined. Rental was delivered right to the shop. Repair done in a timely manner, car looking better than before. Detailed on the inside before returning to me. I'd use them again without hesitation. Hopefully I never need to.

Well I hope this never happens to you, but this doesn't say much for the drivers in Welland. My 2017 Subaru has been hit three times while parked at the Seaway Mall, downtown Welland and even in my own driveway. That was all in less than one year? Fortunately it never affected my insurance - thank God. Nevertheless the people at Dixon Auto Body more than just took care of my car with excellent workmanship and professionalism each time, but they also informed me that my insurance company might attempt to push me in the direction that is not necessarily in my best interest. Sure enough, just as Todd and Dave said; they actually did try to get me to go to a body shop that had seriously bad reviews and was located way over in St. Catherines. Forget that! Dixon's is around the corner and that's where I'm going. And I'll tell you right now I don't regret it. Every time I've got my car back I've been extremely pleased. Somehow, each time, they got it to look like the day I first picked it up.

One of our fleet trucks was rear-ended. It destroyed the tailgate and smashed the rear window of the truck. Dixon's Autobody & Glass provided prompt service which got our truck back in the fleet quickly. The work was well done and the truck looks like new again!

The release for the hood of my car was not working and I needed to add some windscreen fluid so I could drive in terrible winter weather. I rang Dixon's and Dave told me to come in, within 15mins of being there they had my car fixed and at no charge. The service was friendly and very professional,I will be using them again. I rang them because a friend had recommended them for great service and car body work. I don't think you can get it any better.

I don't ever (and I mean ever) leave reviews online but Dixon's really is worth it. Did my windshield properly, no problems, leaks, etc. Very nice staff, very accommodating and extrmemely good pricing. There aren't many places on Niagara that do a good job much less care about their customers but they do. Can't see why you'd go anywhere else.

If you're reading this review, you've likely already noticed that this shop has an awesome average rating! This is for very good reason!! Due to a bad wind storm, a tree fell right onto my car and damaged almost every part of it back in June. I had three separate people recommend Dixon's to me - including someone who worked at a different auto body shop! Dixon's was able to provide me with a quote that I was very happy with in less than 24 hours for the large project I was asking to be done, while other shops took 3 days to get back to me with estimates. The staff here are super friendly and down to earth. No one enjoys having mishaps with their vehicles, and the Dixon's team does an amazing job to ensure you're taken care of. My car looks absolutely incredible. Sparkling like it's brand new! I couldn't be happier with the work. Dixon's reputation is for good reason - I promise you this team won't disappoint you!

We had a collision with our Toyota, both passenger-side doors pushed in. I went to Dixon's even before the Reporting Center (which opens 2 hours later). Dave was very professional, very reassuring, and made me feel that I was in good hands. We dropped our car off on Tuesday, for what was supposed to be a 6-day (Dixon's) or a 9-day (Insurance co.) repair. I was stunned when we got a call Friday afternoon that our car was ready to go after only 4 days. Todd and his team did an amazing job on the accident repairs and also on replacing our front bumper which had a lot of stone-chipping in the paint. My wife who worked in body shops for many years was also impressed. Should we ever find somebody in need of a body shop, we will recommend Dixon's without hesitation. Thank you Todd and Dave.

I got a quote from "not so speedy auto glass" who couldn't get me in until the Monday and was going to charge me $70 more! Amazing experience at Dixon’s. I was backed into in a parking lot and received damage on my driver side door, front panel and mirror. I took all the info from the other driver and I went to Dixon’s to discuss my options. I had never been here but the reviews online were amazing, and I always drove by it. The owner acted as a third party negotiator for the transaction. Myself and the other driver, although both not happy the fender bender happened, were very pleased with the way it was handled and confident we were both treated fairly. The body work itself was immaculate. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. I would give more than five stars to Dixon’s if I could. Thank you and I will be sure to send friends and family your way if they need your services in the future.

I recently had a problem with the body side moulding on my Lexus RX350 peeling off, and even though the paint job that was done on the driver's door was not done by Dixon's (my car was keyed while in Florida and I had it repaired there...), Dave at Dixon's removed the moulding, and put it back on free of charge and with a smile!!! My son and I have both had work done by Dixon's and I would recommend them to anyone...they do great work...and their customer service is first class.

Dave was great to work with during the quoting process as well as arranging drop off & pick up. We removed a light bar from our truck. There was some damage to the paint underneath likely from rust from the brackets & also damage from the screws on install. We are very happy with the job Dixon's did to fill in the holes on the inside of the window pillars & to repair the discolouration & crinkled look on the outside. We shopped around for 3 quotes & assessed google reviews to help make our decision & we are very happy we chose Dixon's. Highly recommend. See the before & after pics.

Place is a little misleading, I was hoping to be turned into a cyborg. Turns out they only work with automobiles and not auto-bots. Once I got over the initial dissapointment I brought my car in for body work and a window repair. They didn't turn my car into a transformer or anything sweet like that, but they did do great work on making it like new! Will go back! Ask about half priced Tuesdays (it wasn't a thing when I was there but you never know)!

Back in the summertime my wife was unlucky enough to get into an accident with her car so with Dixon's fixing my car as a young kid and doing an absolutely phenomenal job on it I decided to take her car there also. though they had my car for a long time trying to get it fixed properly when I finally got the car back with front-end work done to it the front end had a loose tie rod end which it was taken to to 2 cool automotive for three alignments and not found out.tje car was left at to cool automotive overnight someone punch the lock out of the trunk of my car and stoll two 12 inch JL audio subs and a JL audio amplifier.when I questioned David at Dixon's he said he would do everything in his power to help me. Dave did nothing to help me. After replying to somebody on Facebook of where they should take their car to a body shop I put do not take it to Dixon's and the young Matt Dixon decided to get a hold of me through Facebook tell me I didn't know what I was talking about then eventually admitted to the lock being punched out and us not being told and and David never said nothing to him or to Todd about the whole ordeal. young Matthew was gracious enough to offer me $200 for the thousand dollars worth of stereo equipment that was stolen on his time. I'd be leery if I were you taking your car here or to cool automotive.

I would highly recommend this place for your auto body needs. I will definitely go back in the future! Update: Due to a stone hitting my windshield causing a chip, I went back to Dixon's sooner than expected. They were again very honest and professional. They resolved the chip and I was on my way in no time!
