I had some Ford Roush Decals to be put on my truck. Glen Merritt Welland, cleaned up the decals as they were shipped not entirely dry and had bubble marks on them. They installed the decals perfectly. I was very happy. Not only that, the GM came out and removed a scratch on my truck free. I am very happy with Glen Merritt Welland and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have a 2001 Explorer Sport Trac. It sounds really old but it only has 100 000 km on it and just needed some cosmetic work to make it completely safe and look new. I decided instead of buying a new truck for $60,000, I would get my truck all fixed up. Well let me tell you I ended up in a rabbit hole with all the shabby work done in the Welland area by well known shops who break or damage other things while trying to fix the item that needed it. I was at my witts end and 2 months without my truck. Until finally calling Glen Merrit. I met with Dwayne and you could tell he felt my pain. He laughed at the work and damage done by other shops.( in a, I can't believe what I'm seeing and hearing, kind of way)He said they can fix me up. Well thank God I went to Glen Merrit. The guys are awesome! They made me feel important and not like they are doing me a favor like other shops. Everything was fixed to perfection! And it was all done in just over a week, paint and all! I really can't express the frustration I went through with almost every other business i dealt with. Plz plz plz see Dwayne at Glen Merrit Welland location and get a professional job done the first time. The price is way more reasonable than other competitors. My truck now looks way nicer than new! Thanks to all at Glen Merrit. You guys rock!

Well what can l not say.. poor quality sand marks bubble in paint and go back and forth. I thought people stand by work. BUT with all that is happening l will live with it.. End of story .. Friends family will never be back .another thing that was repaired in accident just broke tks for nothing..grill snapped off brutal..car is now at local garage l will pay out of my pocket to make it right.. tks for nothing . Brutal work other garage said out of pocket 435.89. was involved in an incident with a deer ????too bad u lost 2800.00 job..don't waste your time here..jokers .. poor quality and service.dont except chqs either for deductible even a certified check.. but insurance can.. cash or debit jokers ???? nice to your face but that's all beware. Not even an apology wow.. must get kick backs .. poor quality service and customer service

The people were friendly and accommodating. But not everything was satisfactory. I didn’t like the fact that you took out my spare tire out of my back trunk and used it and put it back muddy and dirty. I also was surprised that you did not vacuum the interior of my car or wash the entire exterior of my car after the work was completed. All the work that was discussed ahead of time was not completed when I arrived. There is still white polish stuck on my exterior door. Although your service was good I think it still could be improved upon.

CAA recommended CSN Glen-Merritt and, after informing us that it guarantees the work, the decision to go with CSN Glen-Merritt was a given. Our expectations for service and workmanship were not only met but also exceeded from the moment we walked into the clean and bright reception area to the moment we took our clean, shiny car home. They arranged for a car rental for us and made the process very streamlined. There were a couple of minor concerns relating to the windshield washer fluid and the windshield, and this was immediately addressed and corrected with no questions asked. I would not hesitate to recommend CSN Glen-Merritt, and I already have done so to various acquaintances. Their caliber and professionalism is a model to be followed and we consider ourselves fortunate to have them right here in Welland.
