We just built our new home 2020. It's been almost totally furnished with their furniture. The staff are wonderful. They took the time to talk to us to see if the pieces would work. I loved that if they felt a piece wouldn't match they would tell us. Every-time we go we are met with big smiles. All our deliveries were on time. The fellows that brought our furniture would go out of their way. Placing it in the right spot. I can tell you ever single staff member have been a pleasure to work with. Thanks Patty and Rob Watson

Absolutely a horrible place to shop!! Their “new model” is that they won’t sell anything off the floor even if there are multiples. They can’t find things in their warehouse. And now today is unboxing day so you can’t buy anything again today. How can a high end boutique shop refuse to sell things to customers will to pay incredibly inflated prices. I’ve spent thousands of dollars there over the years and this year has been an absolute nightmare to deal with them. They are more worried about the showroom looking perfect then selling anything. And if you ask to speak to the owner they say they will call you but never do. Horrible !!

We passed by Muskoka Lining interiors last time we were visiting the area. Beautiful furniture and accessories for the home. If you are price conscious I would recommend going when they have a warehouse sale. Their prices are typically more than a regular home store, closer to Restoration hardware if you want to compare. Quality and style are top notch. Staff/service also top notch. Highly recommended if you have the budget.

After driving up and very excited to be able to purchase a new patio furniture set we parked our car and followed the sign to the left of the building. After we walked into the outdoor showroom a young women came up on us and told us to leave if we don't have a mask. We walked around the front back to the main entrance and noticed the signs that read only one person in the store and only with masks. No masks were available. I mean we come up as a family to see their new collection. It would have been nice if they had masks available and were a little more accomodating and friendly. Especially at their price range.

Where did MUSKOKA go?! Very disappointed in the "new" muskoka living. The old store had a variety of styles and colors to choose from, all of which were high quality and had unique features. The new store is all very one-note. The change to their own line of custom made furniture seems like the wrong move. The new designs are very monotonous and bland, with very few customization options. We recently visited the store and were disappointing by the quality of furniture as well. The new couches are far less comfortable and poorly padded compared to the old ones. And if you don't like California white or white oak, you are out of luck. The new designs don't pair well with the previous items either, which means we as past customers will have to turn elsewhere. We have bought from Muskoka Living through our designer for over a decade and are very disappointed in the change. Our designer has told us that we are not the only ones. Hopefully the old muskoka living makes a return sooner rather than later!
