Called DOZR a week ago to schedule tele handler. Price was fair with 150$ delivery and pickup! Today I received a call back with excuses and counter offer. For the same unit price now increased 500$ + 1000$ for delivery each way! Sad that I wasted so much time waiting!!! Don’t waste your time with these agents !!!

My first two experiences with dozr were excellent. My third however showed me why this is a terrible device that is not to be relied upon. I had rented two articulated boom lifts to be delivered by 10am. I had a confirmation of time. I had two work crews ready to work. At 11:15 am I received email that said my lifts were no longer available and if I wanted to rebook the price had gone up by 50% due to a shortage of boom lifts. I ended up calling another local company who was able to help me out. It cost me over $900 dollars in wages. I always give companies the benefit of the doubt but their unbelievable lack of accountability really got me angry. Terrible company do not trust that they will get your equipment to you.

Good service, man-lift arrived on time, like new condition, fully charged. I extended the rental twice and they treated me fairly, adjusting from weekly to monthly rate. Picked the lift up on a timely basis. Good overall experience, no hassles.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys are very unprofessional. I ordered a telehandler on Friday to be delivered on Monday. first it sounded fantastic only 50% payment upfront and delivery on time. As 6pm came around on Friday they called me and asked me if they can deliver a day after scheduled. I said no they said they would call me back. No call and I get a email stating they are gonna deliver 7 days after scheduled date. the sales manager is not professional and has horrible customer service. I will be telling nearby contractors and builders my experience with Dozr. I've seen I'm not the first person that has had this issue with the company and its sad. They told me Due to another person needing it longer they cannot rent it to me even though they said they have bunch of them. if you need your machinery on time at site with no excuses I would not recommend dozr.

I rented a machine for 1 day only. The machine arrived 6 hours late and I used it for 3 hours. I was billed for 3 days rental! In addition, the machine sat at my location for almost 2 weeks before it was picked up.After multiple emails back and forth with accounting I still have no resolution. EDIT> After speaking with Tim at DOZR, the issue has been resolved. I want to thank Tim and his team for making this right.

Tractor rates reasonable and prompt but now there trying to scam me on a fuel charge that was not talked about in the beginning and the fuel charge is $290.24 USD for 31 gal of diesel and they charged me at 8.75 a gal when the price is at most $3.00 per gal and then I called them and the sales person gives me the run around and gives me a fake number to call his manager so overall I would never use this company. If they cared about the customer they would realize they made a mistake and refund the money. I called the number from the google reviews she recommended and got put through the same run around this place is a scam all work together to make sure you dont get justice. I dont mind paying a fuel charge but 290.24 is ridiculous should only cost around 50 to 75 tops for that tractor I've been ripped off and I want my money back for the 290.24 that was charged without my consent.
