Our house is three stories of old paint, and Alex was able to put together a careful and considered quote that was a great value for the amazing quality of work the team did to wet sand and prepare the house. Freshcoast was very patient with us as we reviewed colours and came up with a design together. The house is now constantly getting comments and its the most satisfying home renovation we've done on the place. We scheduled Alex and the team to paint our our 127 year home interior. Not only did they paint, they took special care to improve the appearance of old walls with filler and the sanding of manageable spots. After speaking with Alex we had no qualms that we had choose the right company! Indeed the painters were top notch and very personable. Tried to book for an estimate and was cancelled two times and when I did get a set time the estimator came early, I wasn't home at the time. When I confronted him with my disappointment that I wasn't there to discuss the outside paint job, he commenced to argue with me that he didn't need me to be home to create the estimate and that because of covid, things are different now. I don't know anything about their work but I said that if they are this unreliable with setting up a booking, how are they going to be when the time comes to do the job? Suggestion....never argue with the customer....it's bad for your business!!

Fresh Coast Painting did a fantastic job on my house. It's an old timer (1929) and had a south wall of old paint that was peeling off and in really bad shape. Marita and her crew came and made it all better. They were on time, respectful, professional and did everything and then some to make the whole outside of my house beautiful again. I am not one to leave reviews, but these guys were awesome, rodrigo and partner arrived on time did a brilliant job on my ceilings and were even happy to come back and go over a couple of marks my son had disastrously try to sand and paint himself from when he hung decorations on the ceiling, I knew I would like them when I asked who did the final inspection and there answer was the customer and that they would keep coming back till we were 100% happy, in which I am, it was the first time in 15 years our ceilings been painted and will for sure be the last. I highly recommend them to anyone looking around for a painter.

We just had our house painted by FreshCoast painting and are very happy with the results. From our initial meeting with Adrian and then Alexander, who oversaw the actual painting job, we were treated professionally and with courtesy. Tha painting crew were great. Fast and efficient with a very good end result. Alexander was here a couple of times after the initial work was completed to pick out any touch ups which were dealt with by his team in short order. I had a disappointing experience with Fresh Coast Painting. I requested a quote on May 22. After 2 re-schedules, the business owner reviewed our needs May 29. I needed to nag/follow up for a quote which was received June 10. I was pleased with the price and agreed to go ahead but did not hear back. I sent him follow-up emails June 14th and June 17 but heard nothing back. On July 30th I sent another note asking if he was still interested and got a response that they can do the work in 3rd week of August. I said great, lets do it, but again I heard nothing back. On Sept 23rd I got a note saying they were now available. I said yes (again!) and indicated I had a couple other spots to paint and asked for an update quote. I followed-up 3 times asking for the updated quote and never heard back. At that point, I just said "no thanks". The lack of communication was very frustrating because the price seemed reasonable and the referenced/on-line reviews were good. But I just lost confidence the work would ever get done and missed the "window" when the work could have been done during good weather.

Tony, Tristan and the other painters were professional, courteous and diligent. Their work was done at a very high standard. Our particular job involved painting our bedroom, a walk-in closet which has awkward angles and a small storage room. Much moving of furniture and personal items was involved and Tony and Tristan were so helpful about moving heavier items and then putting them back once the job was finished. We found this company very friendly and very cooperative..very prompt with a guaranteed quote and when the weather cooperated with all the work date was given…. The painting crew was briefed before the start by the charge hand so that every one was on the same page. Very precise with cutting in on the fine edges. Drop sheets were used when needed and not a drop was out of place…we received everything that was promised. In the original quote so that there was no surprises on completion of the job…we were very satisfied and would have no hesitation with using this company if when the time comes to do some interior painting..IF any one was interested in seeing the finished job.
