The Pro-Crew team were professional at each stage of the process from quoting to painting and invoicing. They are excellent communicators and manage expectations. They weren't the least expensive quote, but they were worth every penny in terms of quality, ease and satisfaction. They took the time to wash the metal gate thoroughly, research product performance in colder Fall weather and even wipe up little drops of paint that got on the pavement in the alley where they were painting. We will use them again.

It began with requesting estimates, gauging enthusiasm, engagement and time lines. I was prepared to go with another company but after meeting Cyrus I felt compelled to explore further. Aside from his knowledge of the trade, he seemed genuinely invested in the project. Our time lines matched up and he made me look forward to the job. The only slight I have was that sometimes there would be a few days delay before getting a response but everything we discussed was included and adhered to -and then some. The budget was not exceeded; it was affordable (did the living room, heater, trim and doors of an apartment), done in a day, the quality was top notch (from my expectation and purview) and the service is impeccable (if there are any issues there are warranties and they are easy to follow up with). Try to do as much research as possible before hiring consultants for estimates and do your best to move everything ahead of time so they can focus on the painting; but just be sure to include Pro Crew in your hunt. Adding to this..take note that A LOT of the reviews stating 5 stars are first time reviewers ..hence ‘friend’ reviews. Definitely recommend dodging this company. If anyone is interested in why this review is here ..feel free to reach out ..we have proof that will drop your jaw to the ground with disbelief. Reply.. Why thank you for your reply. The thing is you did hire. I have all the conversations including the conference call recorded if you’d prefer me to post this somewhere for you understanding. ???? You are just a odd ball who got all excited and offered a pay way above your company’s ability to do so and then once it came time to talk about start dates, you recommend that the new employee to use their own car, own phone and own laptop to make your business grow- which the new employee was unable to do...this is after you had hired and the person had given notice at their previous job as you suggested. Around comes the weekend before he is due to begin and you ignored all contact that was attempted. The day that this person was expected to begin - you finally answer his call saying so sorry I was busy and things have changed as we are not going in the direction we thought we were now - our company Is not growing etc etc. Anyway you know exactly what went on - and I have the clips - so let me know if you’d like them sent through and you’ll see how weird it all comes across. Way to leave someone in a difficult situation. If that’s how you weasel out of a difficult situation- I’d hate to see how you would handle your customers once and if your company did grow to be busy!

I've never been super motivated to provide a good review on companies as usually something tends to go wrong. But that was not the case with Pro Crew Painting. From the estimate booking process, to receiving a quote with full video explanation to Cyrus being super responsive - the whole project was handled so professionally. The crew itself, mainly Scott and also Russell, were at our home early every day the weather allowed them to work (the weather gods were on our side this April!). Both took their work very seriously and with a lot of pride. Scott wanted to ensure the work he did lasted. Because our project was exterior painting, he embedded the saying "water is your enemy" in us and ensured that the exterior had the proper sealing/caulking to minimize future deterioration from the rain. The painting itself is SO neatly applied - not an easy thing to accomplish I believe given our old wood siding and landscaping in the way. No mess was left behind. Everything was put back where it belongs and old paints chips from our house being powerwashed shop vac'ed up thoroughly. It was honestly one of the most smooth processes. I have no reservations recommending them. They also were able to meet our budget.

We were looking for a painting company to paint the exterior of our house and the garage. Pro Crew sent someone to look over the house and provide us with a very comprehensive quote and suggestions on the type of paint to use. They were very willing to provide us with samples of paint to put on our house to see if the colours fit with us (we needed 6 different samples to pick a colour). The paint crew that worked on our house were extremely professional and knew exactly what need to be done. They were friendly but focused on what each of them had to do. When we did notice missed paint spots, items needing repair, or general cleanup, they were very agreeable to fixing all the problems. They completed the work in a week and we are very impressed with the new look of the house. Two items of note for us: a) the paint crew starts early usually before 8 am and b) the paint crew brings a lot of equipment to store overnight and need space. Pro Crew Painting was referred to me a colleague who works in property management - with a caveat that "these guys get it done fast." Music to my ears. The assessment was professional and on point. Cyrus and the team at Pro-Crew transformed the stale exterior of our older home into what is now one of the nicest looking houses on the block! It was a pleasure working with Pro Crew because the entire team is focused on customer service at each step in the process. When evaluating our project, Cyrus provided different options to help us decide where we could achieve the best value for money. He also took time to explain the level of results possible given the age and varied condition of the stucco, window trim, soffits, fascia, and gutters. While we had a general idea of the desired colour scheme, Mia’s guidance was invaluable and her recommendations proved spot on. Thomas was very helpful throughout the process from scheduling to initial set-up logistics to testing color choices, and all the way to remedying minor deficiencies. The crew on site (Scott, Naim, & Russell) was hard working, clean, friendly, and professional. Despite some inclement weather along the way (our project began mid-September), this team knew precisely how to deal with the situation. Their flexibility to move between different tasks as conditions warranted meant that very little time was lost and the project completed on time. When it comes to home improvement, it’s challenging to find a company that delivers quality results at a reasonable price with such a strong customer focus. We were impressed and plan to use Pro-Crew for future painting needs.
