I had a very good experience with Neighbourhood Painters. They repainted my 1926 Craftsman style house which required quite a bit of work. The job was professionally performed in all aspects from prep through to clean up. Attention was paid to detail and they made sure I was happy with the job during and after. They were also very conscientious about keeping our yard and plants (and neighbours yard) clean. If you need your house painted I would absolutely recommend Romman and his crew for both the quality of the job and the value.

His painters did a great job pressure washing and scraping our 100+yr old house (we had two original windows that they worked around). We saw the job Romman and his crew did on a neighbors house and were impressed enough to hire them to paint part of our house. I'm happy we did. Romman was great to work with and they did a great job, quick and tidy too. I had some shingles repaired while the painting was going on. and they came back after the shingles were fixed to paint and touch up the repaired areas. I would recommend this company for Painting Exterior houses as they were able to do the work, on time and on budget as well as doing quality work. Romman at Neighborhood Painters did an excellent job in painting the upper half our heritage styled house. It should be noted that this is the high section of a heritage styled house in Vancouver. To do this type of work, you require 32ft to 40ft ladders to reach this section of the house. Other painting companies could not do this work due to the height challenges. On the other-hand, Neighbourhood Painters were able to carry out this work despite the challenges with the height. Besides painting they were also able to carry the repairs to some facia boards as well as repair a woodpecker hole. Finally they were also able to recommend the colors for the upper side of the house. Once again, a big thank you to Romman at Neighborhood Painters for doing an excellent job in painting the upper half our house.

Neighbourhood Painters did an excellent job of preparing and painting one wall of a craftsman home, as specified. It was a smallish job in the late season and they got it all done in three days, making the most of a short window of favourable weather. They removed all existing peeling paint, prepped and applied multiple coats of paint, colour matching as needed. Their attention to detail was notable, and their work matched my requests fully. Polite and very straightforward business dealings, no surprises. Very satisfied and would hire again.

I hired Romman and his crew to paint the back south side of my house. My house is over 100 years old and the wood was in terrible condition, the paint peeling and blistered. Romman gave me a detailed outline of the work required and an estimate that was significantly lower than the one I received from another contractor. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the care and attention to detail and willingness to do any specific things I requested. I highly recommend these guys. Reliable and professional.
