The Inuit Art Foundation and Inuit Art Quarterly play such an important role in the Arts world landscape! I love receiving my copy of the magazine and only ever had positive interactions with the team there.

The IAF is an important institution for supporting Inuit artists and disseminating their work through their quality journal, the IAQ and programmes. They do fantastic work and I always love reading the newest edition of IAQ

Wonderful magazine and foundation working on behalf of Inuit artists, and super helpful staff! I don't know what that other reviewer below is talking about, but John Geoghegan has personally helped me get copyright clearance and image permissions from Inuit artists on short notice for my work (as an art historian of Inuit art) which is not an easy thing to do, and I have found them all to be professional and courteous in all interactions. Inuit Art Quarterly arrives like clockwork at my home and office. Could not recommend the important work of this foundation or its dedicated staff more highly. My favourite magazine!

Subscriber BEWARE! Do not trust this foundation. Since I paid a for a 2 year subscription in December 2016 I have't received a single magazine. I emailed and called several times and all I got from John Geoghegan at the foundation was the runaround claiming to have sent replacement copies - only to admit later on that he never did) and now refusing to issue a refund for a subscription they have no intent of honouring. Yet, the calls to make "donations" are on the regular. All you get for your money is telemarketing calls and no magazine. It is a fraud. it is unfortunate because Inuit artists work hard to have their work represented but this organisation is pocketing the money and giving zero in return. I am still waiting for my refund. Subscriber BEWARE!

This magazine and foundation is critically important to maintaining Inuit art not only in Canada but around the world. They publish a beautiful quarterly magazine that I have always received on time, sealed in cellophane to prevent any damage. The foundation is also responsible for the very important Inuit Tag program that ensures that the work is created by Canadian Inuit. I've only had wonderful interactions with the employees of the foundation. Keep up the good work IAF!

I have to say as a Contemporary Inuk Artist, the Inuit Art Foundation has supported me as an artist. The staff are amazing,, very helpful with my enquiries and as well, helped and supported me in securing artist fees, market queries, promotion, academic writings. suggestions, exhibition venues and most important allowed me to read about and connect with fellow Inuit artists nationally, regionally and internationally. There is no other organization or magazine that Speaks to and response to Inuit Artists needs, aspirations and promotion. Well done- Nakummek, Barry Pottle, Ottawa
