Le représentant m’a bien expliqué les travaux à effectuer et m’a bien conseillé sur le choix du bardeau. Il m’a même donné quelques adresses des résidences afin de m’assurer du bon choix de style et de couleur. Très patient, professionnel et courtois. L’équipe de Mathieu sont arrivés chez moi pour les travaux et les employés étaient très courtois et attentionnés. Ils sont très consciencieux et s’assure de bien couvrir les objets autour de la maison afin de rien endommager. Le travail est extrêmement bien fait et selon les règles de l’art !! Mathieu s’assure souvent que le client est satisfait de l’avancement des travaux. Après les travaux, l’équipe de Mathieu s’assure que tout est ramassé et propre. J’ai été temoin de l’encouragement que Mathieu donne à ces employés et ceci créer une belle esprit d’équipe et ça parait. Le prix de Couvreurs 04 est très honnête et juste.
