I had a Subaru STI in there two years ago. With mild ish damage. Their repair was sooooo bad that after I had my insurance company come appraise the car and assess the damage that they wrote off the car. Yes they really did. Now I hear last night they ruined my friend's car. You know the definition of insanity is don't you? Repeating the same action again and again but expecting different results. This is you. I wouldn't trust these guys to install and air freshener or put air in my tires. Nobody in this shop has any business being anywhere near a car. Tell everyone you know. And insurance can not force you to use these guys. Theyare absolute human garbage.

Fast, friendly service. Fully explained steps required to repair car. Acted as liason between car rental and insurance adjuster. Fully detailed car prior to delivery. Nationwide warranty for repairs.

This place did 6k worth of mechanical work on my 2018 focus then after the fact that they got paid they told me they dont have a licensed mechanic on site, I then had to pay for a tow truck to take my car from here to belleville to be looked at by a licensed mechanic who actually ended up fixing 90% of their work.

My insurance sent me to CarStar Trenton for an estimate. I asked when I would see the estimate, I was told they would contact the insurance company and when the insurance company approved the estimate, I would be called in for the repair. I would get a copy of the estimate when the work was DONE!! I may be a woman but I find this totally unacceptable. I've sent an email to the insurance adjuster saying that they were not touching MY car until I see the estimate and have some idea what they plan to do.????

I had a *self-inflicted* scratch across my back door that went onto the trim that needed to be fixed as my car is leased. Jim, Wendy and the squad were so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Due to the pandemic pretty much everything is delayed when it comes to cars so having my vehicle fixed in a few days was amazing. Look as good as new!! Will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
