I have hired Binaj Painting on four separate occasions, and have been thrilled with the results each time. It is super easy to communicate and decide on “vision”, and they also have excellent suggestions based on some factors you may not consider if you’ve never done painting yourself (lighting, on-trend colours, sheen, etc). Nothing but professional, extremely high value for money, clean, and respectful of time/space. Would highly, highly recommend!!!

I had hired Binaj Painting last year to do some work at an investment property. I can’t myself incredibly lucky that I came across Binaj painting, And Ervis very talented, professional and very skilled in his craft. I hired this company to assist me with a kitchen Renno. This also included taking down a wall which was pure concrete, patching up a ceiling full of blowouts reconstructing the entrance to the kitchen, and then painting the entire kitchen. The job actually looked a lot harder than I expected, and complicated due to the concrete. 26 bags of concrete had to be removed and taken to the fill . If you can imagine all of this was being done in probably the hottest days of the year that we have experienced in Toronto. They made it seem so easy, and worked tirelessly to complete.Ervis was always punctual, and very dedicated to the job at hand. He believed in perfection, and the end product was my beautiful kitchen With an open concept. My ceiling was straight and beautiful, and the paint job was just stunning. I also took his advice about the paint for the kitchen, and I’m glad I did.Erviis has excellent knowledge of colours and I am glad that I listen to him. At the end of the day, I am thrilled with my new kitchen, Open bright and inviting. I would recommend Ervis To any member of my family friends or anyone out there who is looking for a superb job. They were insured as well which condo managment require to see proof of insurance. Very clear on explaining everything, fair quote, and ( Binaj painting) were able to use a Best product as a paint: (Regal flat washable). Truly professional, Superb job, Great crew. From proper priming of my steel columns, to repairs on my concrete wall and even stucco paint on the overhangs. Ervis is there any job you cannot do? I cannot say enough about Ervis. We were very lucky to have him help us. It took me months to find someone like Binaj Painters. You would be lucky to have Ervis assist you. I have added some before and after shots. We were particulary impressed by the way Ervis bonded and primed our steel support columns (something that was not done the first time around.) I had a leaking prior from the roof causing a damage in the restroom ceiling and walls. Once I fixed the roof I decided to contact couple company for an estimate. And I decided to go head with BINAJ PAINTING which I had fast response and willing to come next day for a free estimate. Really great guy and prompt. The quote was in range of my budget. BINAJ PAINTING came and cut out the rotten drywall, dispose it, install new drywall, taped, skimmed coated almost the entire ceiling, sand, primed & painted the walls as well. Amazing job. Well done service. Left the place clean too. Which I was worry at beginning of the project I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BINAJ PAINTING TO EVERYONE. YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED AT ALL. I called BINAJ PAINTING to provide me an estimate for my condo. Ervis was prompt and very professional in term of explaining the procedure of the project. I highly recommend Binaj Painting. They tackled damage to my ceiling caused by a leaky roof and repaired/painted affected walls. They didn't hesitate over the fact that I have double height ceilings and worked very efficiently and kept everything very clean--the repairs were seamless and the ceiling and walls look brand new. Ervis and Alex are very personable and excellent communicators who are happy to answer questions and address worries. They were punctual and professional in all ways. They really made the whole experience stress free, even giving me useful paint recommendations. I will certainly be calling them for future repairs or renovations.
