Brought my 2008 GMC Sierra into car star. I am very particular with my truck, I told them this and they went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable. Very polite with great customer service and business sense. They did an amazing job all the while going the extra mile for me. Both owners were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this shop to family and friends. A+ work. Truck looks like new.

Big disappointment. $8500 repair took a month. While the service was friendly and attentive during repair, took a long time and follow up was missing. Supposed lifetime warranty not honored. Clear coat peeled after 2 years and the claim was "it wasn't their paint" 1 owner car never touched elsewhere. They offered to repaint it for a fair price with repairs to other areas but it would have been nice to have the clear coat fixed for free per the "lifetime" warranty. Shop around you'll probably save time and money.

Got a side view mirror replaced here after a hit and run, there was an assessment appointment and they ordered the part needed. The actual appointment where they replaced the part took only an hour and a bit, everyone was friendly and they even buffed out the scrape on the door from when the mirror was hit. Bonus if you have to sit and wait there, the waiting room is comfortable and there is complementary coffee.

We've had our car in twice in the last 3 months once for a major rear-ending done through insurance and the second for a front bumper repainting on our dime.both times the staff were courteous and prompt in their service it was done and returned in the estimated time frame and both times the car was washed and detailed inside and out and again has that new car smell and i have 4 kids so you can imagine how much work that took. I honestly couldn't be happier with their service

Although the reason for requiring CARSTAR’s services was not good, the service was excellent. Had to get body work done after an accident and not only was the service excellent, it was completed early and made my “baby” look better than ever. Management here are garbage, just looking to take the most money from your insurance with least amount of work. Mechanics are good but the manager refused to acknowledge the mechanical report and just cleaned the car, did a tiny bit of paint work and gave my pregnant wife back a car that sounds like the suspension is being held together with zip ties. Then proceeds to tell us that it was always like that... what a scam.

Got rear-ended in out little car and took it to Jeff at Carstar on a Saturday morning when nobody else was open. Service was excellent! Jeff had a rental to us in under 30 minutes and we were on our way. Repair was done in under 2 weeks and looks fantastic. The gloss of the new paint is like new and the rest of the outside was detailed as well. I worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years and I can't find any orange peel or areas where the paint didn't blend well. Great job!

I was quoted here for 1500 at least, to completely replace my rad support which was bent causing my hood to not fully close. I went to another company who informed me there was no reason to replace it. It was easily straightened out, enabling my hood to fully close. And this was done for not than half the price!

Had a scratch on my lower left bumper, then this guy Blake suggested to take the bumper off and re-paint the whole thing. Just like exactly what he said, it looks like 100% brand new again, like it never happened. Yellowish tint are from my camera. He used the same exact paint color like the rest of my car.

Took our SUV to CarStar hoping for a quick and cost efficient fix; and we were not disappointed! Vehicle went in one day and was ready the next and didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it. Blake was great on explaining what needed to be done with the vehicle; not something you see often in a body shop. Would definitely recommend seeing Blake before wasting time anywhere else.

BEWARE, I recently rented a car from Enterprise in St. Catharines with my girlfriend, the car was driven once the entire time while we had it, one person never left the car during that drive. We came back to return the car, a Kia Forte, and they had found a very small crack on the bumper. Nothing else was wrong with the car, I inquired if I would be able to bring it to a body shop to get an estimate for the work to fix the damage, I was told they have to use a body shop that is approved by Enterprise to use (of course). Once I was given the information, I voiced to the worker that the body shop has no reason to ever replace the bumper, since I saw where the situation was going and since it was in a piece of plastic no thicker than 3 MM wide. After over a month later, we received the quote to fix the damage, and the body shop (this Carstar location), had sent pictures of THE ENTIRE BUMPER PULLED OFF, and they are replacing the bumper for almost $1,600 which we are responsible for. There was NO other trauma to the bumper or car anywhere for the entire bumper to be removed. Beware of this sham between Enterprise and Carstar being pulled on you, VERY poor service and treatment and I will be sure to let everyone know that I possibly can.

My car was broken into, and vandalized. Carstar made my car look like new, did all the repairs that I asked for. While reviewing all the damages, they managed to find other damages to my vehicle and went above and beyond by fixing the dents, and scratches and repainting over them to make my car like new.

I had a windshield replaced here. First, the replacement cracked because they didn't set it properly. They also didn't set the wiper cowling back into place and broke clips without replacing them, which my dealer noticed and replaced. After they installed the second replacement windshield I inspected and told them they scratched paint off my roof, the technician initially tried to argue and tell me it was fine that paint was missing. I told the owner and he had the paint touched up. The windshield is horrible quality, no comparison to the factory glass. I had used them before for body repair on another car, but I will never use them again.

Thankfully, it was repaired promptly in less than a week, as he had said and I was happy with the repairs. I was so pleased I've returned several time for maintenance and check ups. I'm surprised this business has any reviews above a 1 star. If you are ever have any type of vehicle damage from an accident - you have a choice of finding your own collision repair shop. We trusted our insurance company who sent our vehicle to Car Star - big mistake! We waited over two week to get our truck back (minor accident) - because the supplier shipped the wrong part 3 times? Poor workmanship, a major human error caused significant transmission damage - Be warned - do not take your vehicle to any Car Star location.

I was extremely shaken after my accident. Our insurance company recommended CarStar to us. Right from entering the building, they made us at ease from the receptionist on the desk, to Marc, to Blake the owner. I had mentioned I read the reviews, and said Blake was highly recommended, so they went and got him so we could meet him. They handled everything for us. Car was done quicker then expected, at less then we thought it would cost. Plus, it was washed, and cleaned inside and out! It looked like a brand new car. It was my first time being involved in an accident, and I'm so glad we went to CarStar!
