I give this store two stars because the bathrooms at the front of the store are dirty almost every time I good in there. The toliet paper holder was broken last time I went in and the side of it was hanging down. You could see tape was placed on the top to try and hold it in place. They should redo those bathrooms. Most of the staff that works there are great and helpful.

My family has been using the Curb side pick up feature from this Walmart for the past year and half since the pandemic. We have had amazing service and are always very happy and what great about now is they don’t give you plastic bag you bring your own.

This is a surprisingly nice Walmart. Most Walmarts I've been to have been busy and hectic and stressful, but this one is not, this one is actually a very low-stress store. It does get busy right before a holiday, but even then it's not terrible. And it has a full grocery section, great selection of foods at low prices, so it was my preferred place to buy groceries before I moved away from the area.

Definitely not a supercenter, they don't sell any fresh meats and have a small selection of fresh veggies. They do sell dairy, cheese, hotdogs etc, with a mix of dry goods and frozen foods. Staff is always friendly with good customer service. A bit on the smaller side so it gets crowded very quickly

Very disorganized and hard to find what I was looking for. And there was no staff around to ask. When checking out they had too few cashiers on that the lines were so long it forced people to use the self-checkout (which I don't like using). But even that was disorganized and the worker was just standing there rather than helping people, showing them where to line up or which station to use.

I'm writing this on behalf of my wife because she hasn't stopped talking about the store since shopping there today. With renovations almost done, walking into the store now provides sight lines across the entire space, very helpful if scanning to find a department you need. Signage in store was very clear and refreshing. Aisles were much wider than previous making cart maneuvering a breeze. The lighting has been significantly improved making the experience illuminating. Self check-out would have been so much better if our 3 year old didn't attempt an escape during. Overall nicely done, great job Walmart!

Very dissatisfied with produce quality at this location. It seems the items are never rotated and missing freshness. My wife was in a hurry and grabbed a pomegranate and as you can see when we returned home not pleased. Will be shopping at competitor for produce next time.

Let me tell you about my experience with this Walmart... First things first I ordered some groceries to be delivered to my home the tracking system said it was on its way, nothing was delivered so I waited to see if they were going to deliver it the next day no call no email saying nothing so I went in on the third day when I went to the customer service area they said someone marked it as already delivered or something like that.. They then said that they would pick up the items and give it to me, so they did that exception for one item they didn't have so the gentleman substitute it for another item that was one dollar less then told me that it was the same price as the item that's missing when he checked again he was wrong.. So they game me a gift card for 15 dollars remind you I had to pay 8 dollars for delivery but I went in my car to drive there and pick up my groceries... So they pretty much gave me my delivery cost back n my gas for going there smh... Never doing online groceries delivery again. Another thing I picked up some groceries the same day came home to hard Croissant with an expired date for Dec 11 and its now the 7th oh and the best part was the guy that picked up my groceries told me that I should have called the same day when I didn't get my groceries, so I looked at him and said there's a tracking number that said it's on the way but never saids that it was delivered and I knew they had my number on file so if there was a problem they would have called or emailed me.

The item I wanted was $32 but I had a hard time ordering it online without the delivery charge. So I phoned and found out that you don’t do curbside pick-up under $50. I have gone to Home Depot, Home Hardware and many other places that are more than happy to do a curbside pick-up for less than $50. You may have just lost a valuable customer.

Such poor experience, I was cashing out and this employee comes over and says you need to stop and scan that again. When we asked him why as it was on the screen that it was scanned he ran away and 2 other managers came over to say sorry. In other words he was trying to say I'm stealing while cashing out and couldn't prove it when I asked him to go though everything. And when he knew he was wrong he ran away, didn't say sorry or anything.

Parking can be difficult because this location is so busy. Store is decent, has all the standard stuff you’d look for in a Walmart. DVD/Bluray/gaming section is small. This is more of an “in and out” store but meets the need.

Andrew is extremely unprofessional. I wanted to discuss an issue with a transaction and he accused me of trying to "blackmail" him into getting a gift card. I mentioned to him how my bf felt during a transaction with his associate Seema who didn't respect my bf personal space. Even though he said he brought in an item from outside she still continued to question him why he brought it in and where he came from. When I said I wanted to call head office he mentioned the black mailing comment which was disgusting. Now it's been escalated. Andrew needs to be retrained on how to talk to people.

TGFW ...thank God for Walmart! How did we ever get by? Walmart may be the sole surviving box store in Canada (aside from Costco). Great store. Excellent inventory ...everything you need. And, I like that they have lots of cashiers. I can zip in and out quickly or if I choose I can look at an endless choice. I also appreciate that Walmart hires older people. Good store ...as always ship with care and know your prices.

Large store, so clean and organized that sells almost everything imaginable but much more cheaper than other stores. Very reasonable prices on food, clothing and lot of other items. They have everything you need in a supermarket and much more.Food is fresh like in any other grocery store but much cheaper. Great way to save money on groceries and many other items thanks to Walmart. It feels good to shop there to save money. Mai Tai, Martini and Pina Colada are only $3.99 tastes delicious on its own or mixed to a fantastic cocktails. I really appreciate great deals and savings and place where you could buy $10 chicken and beautiful shirt $7. Thanks Walmart.

Very clean and lots of products on the shelves. On top of that the lines were very short and most of the cash counters were open. I did not have to wait for long. The parking lot was not full either. As far as Walmart's go, this is a rather large Walmart. Much more space. More shelves with many products not found in other smaller Walmart's. Even in produce and dairy. But it is the busiest of any Walmart I've been to. Parking lot is huge, but limited spaces, since those spaces are shared with the other retail outlets in the immediate area of the plaza. The parking spaces seem a little smaller than normal. Keep the sports car at home. Bring the beater. A go-to place for anything you need at prices that are lower than you expect on most items. Great value!

Surprisingly, for the Walmart Canada HQ, I guess I expected there to be a little bit *more* than other Walmart locations. But there’s really not much else happening here beyond the usual McDonald’s and all the standard sections of the Supercentre. Now that I think about it more, I think I’ve seen better variety from other locations, like the Walmart further down on Mississauga Road and Williams Parkway for example. Shame. EDIT: Today at the end of 2018, I tried using Walmart Pickup for a second time. The first time ended up working pretty swell during the afternoon, but it looks like their evening shift team really doesn't meet the expected standards at all. Telling me that you have my package ready to hand over to me, and then telling me that's in Toronto despite Canada Post showing its completed delivery is beyond bogus. After I get these items of mine, I'll be avoiding this service like the plague.

A busy WM that has undergone renovation for betterment. Store looks spacious now and we'll planned. Staff as in any other WM within GTA is overworked and underpaid and that is evident when you can't find an associate for help or when they try to hide to avoid being asked for assistance. WM's hiring strategy is pretty transparent when you look at the work force in their stores. The department managers bear the majority of the brunt as they literally perform a 2 people work load. Good location and plenty of parking however are the positives.

Terrible selection, worst since they decided to play around with the new format. I'd rather decent variety and availability of items instead of a bright neon signs. Walmart is supposed to be about everyday living but it has become more of a high end seller now. A row of women's socks were eliminated to put designer men watches. This is not what Walmart is supposed to represent. UPDATE: Walmart executives were blocking the front entrance for training at lunchtime. Not smart when customers are trying to access the store at the busiest time. Still stand by 1 star review, this store is awful.

Today we had a great experience - we lost my 5 year old son's favorite christmas hat when we went in to the store yesterday, we went back but were not able to find it. We called in today and lady took a minute and confirmed she found it! we were so thrilled! We are so thankful that some one found it, brought it to the lost and found and we were able to find it - made my son SO happy! Only thing was that the person behind the counter couldnt seem to care less and had little to no energy to share, but perhaps she had a busy/off day, its all good!

The parking lot is huge and the location is convenient. If you know what you're going in for then it's a great place to stop in, especially since they price match. You can get anything you need from here, pretty much.

I love how the store is so organized. Even though I hate grocery shopping, Walmart makes me happy. They have everything that they claim to have on ads, unless they are out of stock. Although the variety of products is abundant, this Walmart store seems to have a hard time keeping its shelves stocked. When doing regular grocery shopping at this location I often find myself only able to get 80% of the items on my list, and understand that my list rarely contains specialty items or products that are niche. Sometimes they lack things ranging from Toilet Paper to Pork Chops. The produce is some of the worst I've seen of any grocery store. Bruised, moldy, wilted, pitiful, all of these are words that can be applied to most of the fresh produce stock available. The staff aren't much better to be honest. While many of them are polite and offer to help with a smile, it is rare. With arrogant customer service associates being the norm and nearly non existent managers around to actually Manage the store and it's moderately unprofessional staff. The store itself seems in good shape but this is marred by the obvious lack of cleaning standards. Sticky floors and dusty shelves, broken boxes and wood leftover from pallets make what could be a successful store rather unappealing.

Definitely a great place to come if you need a quick snack, this store has pretty much everything you ever need. Groceries, toys, sports equipment, books and furniture. The prices range from very cheap to moderately expensive, however most things of the Great Value brand you can find for very cheap. Would definitely recommend to anybody who needs something at a low cost.

Never disappointed with the amount of stock and variety they offer at this store. Albeit needing an upgrade for sure (it is definitely not a Supercentre) it is very easy to navigate aisles for what you need in a quick fashion. The self check out options at both ends of the store are really helpful for getting in and out, especially if its a little crowded.

They need to make people know what is in their department and things about it if they plan to sell it. We came from 1.5 hrs away for a leap pad game for our kiddo and for a fit bit.. We seen a manager and asked her.. she pointed to a high school age boy in the electronic dept saying he will have info for everything we need. Well he didn't know what a leap pad game was ( they do sell leap pads) and when asked about the fit bits.. he said "all i know is whats on the counter" and starts reading what we already read. Needless to say we went to the source and got more than just basic help...

Customer service is completely lacking. If you order anything off their website just pay the extra and get it shipped to your house. And order way in advance. I ordered a product that was supposed to be a gift for someone and was slated to arrive April 30th, 2019. I picked it up on May 10th. Way past due. The staff at the store level were unsympathetic, very disorganized and seemed more concerned with getting me out of the store than actually helping me figure anything out. The manager I dealt with over the course of this ordeal told me its their shipping companies problem not theirs. Passing the buck and not accepting any responsibility was not really an acceptable answer coming from someone who was supposed to be there to try to help me solve this. Basically these guys couldn’t organize a free lunch. I went in cool, calm and willing to work with the staff to solve the issue and they pushed every single one of my buttons until I ran out of patience. It’s too bad the area is so bad for shopping because I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Horrible... bought a brand new bike for over $200.. there were only 2 left of the same bike, the first bike the brakes were all loose so we grabbed the other one and the back tire was low. So we refilled it with air and bought it. my husband wanted to drive it back home down the mountain he was so happy for it. 10 minutes into his ride home the tire went flat again and he ended up walking the rest of the way. I call and explain that I can't take the whole bike back can I just bring the tire and that was a big NO!!! Now we have to get a new tub for a brand new tire.. never will I buy a bike at Walmart ever again...nor recommend anyone too... would rather buy a used high brand name then deal with Walmart.. nothing is well taken care of prior to selling it.. you could buy you children a bike they get on it when you get home and it falls apart.. sad!!!

Pickup has been great until tonight. Tonight was a bad experience. Old bananas and tomatoes. Then the employee put about three bags worth of items such as cans on top of the groceries in no bags. Didn't ask us about the substitutions at all and did a very sloppy job. So upsetting as we have had a great experience ordering since tonight. Management please train these employees on how to fill a car and prepare groceries. I will add a picture of the food just piled on top without being bagged. Very bizarre.

It was very nice place and friendly staff till this time i went to buy AirPods and then electric department staff being very rude And made me wait for 20 min just to take the product out from the shelf and then i asked him about the price although it was available in that location but he didn’t even try to find it then the next day i visited again the same place for a specific same thing which was in their Black Friday flyers and the lady was very helpful And she also behaved friendly and she managed to give me the product which i wanted which was just placed the same place where the boy who helped me earlier checked and she said that the guy must have not checked properly although it was available i had to wait for a different staff to get the product at the second try which i felt really upsetting.

Went to Walmart on a Saturday morning to find that there were no cash registers open besides the self serve. I refuse to use self serve lanes because I support the minimum wage cashiers who are getting replaced by robots. Also, I dont feel as though the customer should have to purchase their groceries AND ring them through the cash register AND bag them all by themselves. Anyway, I asked an employee if there would be a cash register opening and he ever so rudely told me that I should use the self serve lanes because no one was going to be opening up a normal cash register lane. I assertively told him I would like to speak to a manager and within 1 minute there was someone opening a normal cash lane. However, the manager never came out to speak to me... makes me think that the manager at this location is a coward. Next time this happens, I will be sure not to leave before the manager comes out and speaks to me about this awful new implementation that has the customer doing all the work for the same goods. NO ONE IS HAPPY ABOUT SELF SERVE LANES WALMART, especially the intelligent customers who see right through your plan to get rid of minimum wage cashiers and make the customer do all of the work in order for you to cut costs. I will be speaking to the manager next time I come in and then I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'd rather pay double the price for my groceries than ever step foot in a Walmart again.

Grocery pickup at this location leaves a lot to be desired. Often times you have to call 3+ times before they pick up. My pickup today (ordered yesterday) has taken OVER 30 min of waiting for them to unload the order nevermind it being brought out. Don't expect pickup here to always save time. Edit: To their credit, the delivery guy did compensate us for the 45 min wait and for his coworker ignoring the phone. (Upgraded to 3 star rating)

I like using the self service pay stations as this allows me to bag the groceries myself with out being rushed. The large processing double belt service is also too difficult to use for one person to keep up with the flow of customers and the number registers is usually under staffed. The registers in the low number of items area is also good if that is suitable to your purchase. The cost of some items has increased recently but if that is what you have to do then that's what you have to do. I shop at Walmart because I get good value for my money. ????????????

Since the beginning of the pandemic, my wife and I have used curbside pickup almost exclusively. This service is excellent for avoiding the crush at the registers and helps to keep you on budget by not being able to impulse buy. Only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is because every so often, the curbside service is subpar, most likely due to staff shortages and inexperienced employees filling in.

I shopped at the Trail Walmart yesterday (July 6th ) - staff was friendly and helpful, but I was shocked at the absence of Covid 19 prevention - the girls at the checkouts had a plexiglass screen in front of them, and that was about the end of covid protocols - none of the staff were wearing masks including the floor help - I noticed zero hand sanitizing stations , there were no signs on the doors suggesting that customers wear masks - it was impossible to maintain 6' spacing from other people - I seemed to be the only one in the store wearing a mask- we have been very lucky here in the Kootenays with the low number of infections, but all it would take is one customer or one clerk to become infected and we could have a major breakout in the area of the West kootenays that the Trail Walmart serves

Typical Walmart, usually pretty busy even later in the day around close, staff not incredibly helpful (don't seem to know where things are and sometimes say their location doesn't carry certain items I later find). Stock seems low and some items I have gone looking for were at minimal levels or all gone. Many times items of produce have been squished or are rotten (like the avocados, lemons, sometimes bananas). If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would I had a really bad experience with Walmart online service and delivery party (Day & Ross). I had ordered a LED Smart TV from Walmart online on the date of 7 Jan 2022. The order was confirmed, and Walmart’s third party delivery company confirmed the time and date to deliver on Jan 14, 2022. I had been waiting all day to get a delivery. The delivery had not arrived on the given date and time, and when I called the delivery company to get a delivery confirmation, the delivery company said delivery had been cancelled, but they did not give a specific reason for the cancellation. Then I approached Walmart online service, and they asked me to contact the Day & Ross delivery company. I spoke to the Walmart customer service representative and supervisor. They were not listening to my side, means, he has not answered for cancellation, but they suggested that I wait till the given date on Walmart’s online service. I have to wait again till Jan, 20, 2022. Then I asked to cancel the product, (which at this point I did not want anymore), but they did not agree to cancel the product, and give a refund. Forcing me to get the delivery, and then return it (very lazy on their part). I am a customer, so the supervisor has a duty and responsibility to resolve the issue. They should call the delivery company to find a reason for the abrupt cancellation, unlike the supervisor who asked me to call the delivery company myself. I received an email for cancellation, and I have called Walmart's online service department to find a reason for the cancellation. We asked the CSR to transfer the phone to the supervisor, and the supervisor told me that my credit company has held back the money. The supervisor suggested that I call the credit card company. I then had to phone the bank to make sure the reason why my money had not been released. The bank told me that Walmart has done two transactions. The first transaction being taken out full, and the second transaction was a reverse transaction. Then I called Walmart’s online service department again to clarify what was going on and who was giving a false statement. Then Walmart’s online supervisor retracted his statement, and was not giving me a specific reason for the cancellation. I am quite mad at Walmart as they wasted about 7 hours of my day only to prove themselves wrong.

Unfortunately, this Walmart is super close, so it's the one I have to go to. It's produce is gross (bugs), the aisles are always cluttered, the lines are too long, there's hardly and cash registers open, and they are always out of the products I need. However, Great Value makes amazing products. I strongly recommend it as a less expensive alternative. I've never been disappointed. Even the chocolate is awesome!

I was shocked to discover a huge bank of self serve checkouts. I brought my goods to the cashier at 9:50pm only to discover that Head Office has decreed the human cashiers close an hour before closing and for a certain period time in the morning. I'm not going to be responsible for putting cashiers out of a job and put more money into Wal-Mart's coffers. Sure they say no employees lost their jobs but I'm willing to bet there's a time period after the self serve cashiers are installed that no employees are let go and once that's over, jobs will be lost. Great for everything a student needs. I saw someone complaining on charging for plastic bags and let me tell you who else actually does that: Lowe's Canada, Home Depot, Home Hardware, No Frills, Food Basics, FreshCo, pretty much anyone in the field would charge you with plastic bags, you may argue on computer stores, what do you think you are paying the environmental fees for? I can find pretty much everything when I lived here including clothes (well not including suits), grocery, tech stuff, and DIY department is a huge plus for me since I do lots of DIY stuff and I really don't want to drive to Lowe's. Staff are mostly helpful, especially in the tech department cuz I had the most fun there talking to the staff. The flaw was said by someone else as well: you would be super patient to look for a basket, as they could be everywhere in the store...

I have made my way to this location only to find that the product I need is all the way by centre mall. Pretty frustrating but the staff always try and help. Walk in Clinic at Walmart. I only gave one star, because a rating of zero stars is not possible. Phoned ahead today to make sure they were open. Receptionist said "Yes we are." I had a terrible time walking over there in the ice storm. Fell twice, ( hurt my arm), and got splashed by ignorant motorists. Once I arrived, I was told that the "Doctor" wasn't in, and could only consult over the computer. The " receptionist", said that the "Doctor" couldn't diagnose pneumonia over the computer, and it would be a waste of time. When I pointed out that I had called ahead to make sure that they were open and was told "yes", she shrugged her shoulders and gave me a look, as if I had done something wrong. Totally unapologetic. Don't waste your time on this unprofessional and unpleasant clip joint.

Since they installed their self-register machines the service deteriorated even more. There are many items you can't scan. The machine calls for assistance from an employee. There is only one person: slow and rude. When many frustrated customers decide to go through the human cashiers the lines are long and slow. The experience gets more annoying when 3 or 4 employees stop you at the exit the rudest and insulting way questioning the list of products on your receipt. When you finally prove them wrong on their accusations they let you go without an apology. Horrible place! Avoid it and save yourself from an unpleasant experience.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this Walmart. Keurig's were on sale for 88.00$, and as a health care professional working 12+ hr shifts, I could not make it to the store during the sale. One day after the sale had ended the customer service department stated that they would not honor the sale price and that I "should have made a greater effort to get to the store during that time". Absolutely the worst yarn section of any Walmart I've ever been in. Rarely enough of one colour to complete a project, section is completely unorganized and messy. The staff were all in their own little world and preferred to have private conversations between them than to help you, it's a shame but there were some that seems to be excellent. I went in for a computer and the clerk that I requested information from left to check the back for the one I wanted and never came back, just left one other customer and me standing there wondering. The other customer and I finally left , I found out that she sent on her break but never told anyone else about our requests.

Never any staff to ask questions. Every time I go there they don't have what I need. Not a big selection of stuff

Honest'y, it's a giant retail outlet that does fine. I don't expect to be swept off my feet when I'm customer #204 023, and neither should you.

Just not the selection except where the food is concerned. Would be nice to see more womens wear etc.

Never go at lunch hour! Otherwise get in get out Quickly. Have noticed supply in some spots are Empty.
