The store closest to me has not stocked any of the big box power tool items i have inquired about in the past 2 years Even repeated flyer advertised items have not been brought into the store for the sale (mitre saw). And why do the hours online say the store is open untill 8:00pm? I understand all about the virus problem but come on now, its been months now. Change the hours online. Thats twice i wasted time and gas to come to your store to spend my money and i am sure there are many more people out there who have wasted time better spent doing other things! I would have given you a one star but i like the staff personally. Treat you nice and respectfully

The staff at this store hate young adults. Like actually hate them. I am 25 years old and they demanded to see ID to buy a can of spray paint to fix up some chairs. If you are younger than 45, don't shop here. The delivery drivers are great people though. Need to point that out.

I spent almost 45 minutes on the Rona website trying to find the prices of the items I needed today. I live 2 and a half hours away from any big box store. The rona website wasn't very helpful it kept coming up with contact the store for pricing, and yes I had my home store selected. So I called the store for a price on an electrical box and breakers. The girl on the phone said she would call me back with the price of the items I was looking for. When she called me back she said ok we have the items are you looking for the proces. I saod yes. She said well we are not suppose to give prices over the phone we are not personal shoppings.. ok i understand that they are not my personal shopper and definitely not what I was looking for i was trying to compare prices of items from store to store. So she had to call me ba k to check to see if the otems are there but not to be able to tell me the price? If it wasn't impossible for me to find the prices online and if the website didn't say call the store I wouldn't have. I can only hope that this was just one working having a bad day and not a store policy

Purchased over 10000 in material over 3 weeks, worst customer service other than Dave Ackland, ive EVER experienced. Delivery aweful, back ordered material 3 weeks nobody calls to inform, customer service missed part of one hand written order that cost me much, such an utter lack of communication throughout the purchase to checkout to delivery process that im stunned this place is still in business. I am DONE shopping at Rona.
