Very poor customer service. I recently purchased 3 new appliances that were quite expensive. I was told that all 3 were to be ordered and delivered. I gave specific instructions for the delivery date as I had arranged for someone to be at my house. Instead of calling the specified number (which was mentioned again the day of delivery) I was called at work. I'm a nurse, I work on a busy unit and did not want to be bothered at work. Our so called "brand new fridge" happened to be the display model from the store, with scratches and a broken piece on the door. I never got a curtesy call to advise me that I was even getting this fridge. They refused to offer any reimbursements to make up for th the damage. So after spending all this money on a "brand new fridge", I'm stuck with the floor model and I have to look at these scratches every day. Our dishwasher which was also supposed to be brand new has a broken part in it and the tub is damaged on the inside. There was broken plastic pieces everywhere. Again, they refused to replace it and are making us deal with it, by having us call Maytag for warantee. I never even got to use my dishwasher and I have to call for warrantee? How is that fair? This business does not care about their customers. This is what we get for attempting to support a local business. I could have bought the same appliances at Home Depot but decided not to. I just moved into a new house and need a new bedroom set. I was considering purchasing this at Bonanza. But after this experience, they are not to be trusted. I will never buy anything for this store again. I am thoroughly disappointed and extremely frustrated.

Ordered a three rack dishwasher and received a two rack. Did not know until it was installed. The Salemen said it was their mistake. But I am stuck with it because it is installed. I said I would keep it, they can send me the missing rack. All they had to do is give me money off due to their mistake. They lost a good customer.

Worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! Dishwasher came in destroyed and inoperable store would not help, told me it was a warranty issue and to call Maytag direct, called them and after over a 2 week process they finally agreed to replace the unit have been without a dishwasher since I ordered this one October 8th it is now December 1st and new one is not expected until December 12th. If that wasn't enough, they charged us full price on a fridge and told us we would 100% get a brand new fridge not the floor model, what happens you ask? On the delivery date they show up with the floor model and try and tell us that it isn't the floor model, but I knew it was as it was missing the water dispenser catch pan, which they mailed to me the next day, but guess what it also has several scratches on the left side door, and when brought up to them they just started dodging screening and avoiding my calls. They than called Maytag and told them they couldn't deal with me anymore so Maytag is actually sending me the replacement from the States as Bonanza apparently doesn't know how to deal with people and when are faced with an issue ignore you hang up on you screen your calls and all together stop doing anything for you at all. Instead of understanding and helping, it was neglect, excuses and lies. The owner Darcy is promised to call you back, and never does, and then has the secretaries lie and say hes out of the store for the rest of the day or cannot take calls, as he has no respect for customers he takes over $5000 from for 3 appliances and than throws them under the bus. If you want to get continually screwed for over a month and than finally have to go back to the manufacturer This is the place for you. If your a normal human being who wants good service AFTER they take you money, run as far as you can from this place and don't look back.

Just left the store bougt a frige les then 20 monts ago. It died to a freon leak in the wals of the fridge. It cannot be repaired and we cant get a replacement as the garentee only covers the compressor. We were also told that this is not a defect in fabrication. So i assume all theyr refrigerators have a life expectancy of less than 2 years.

Today, I was in their store. I was shopping for a bedroom suite, living room furniture, dining room furniture, washer and dryer .. etc .. do you think anyone would help me? Not one soul came to ask me if I needed help. I walked around and around and around. Nice customer service. I saw one guy watch me do it, too. He just stood there. After I circled the store, I went over to the Brick and gave them my money. I was there at 3 pm October 2nd.

Went in with my mom, as she needed to buy a new washer and dryer. Great customer service! Gave us their honest opinion and showed her the best deal options of exactly what she was looking for. They were upfront about the price change occurring tomorrow, in order for her to save some money. Not to mention, next day delivery! We throughly enjoyed the friendly service!

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. I ordered a couch in October with the current covid pandemic going on and was repeatedly told that having some help carry it to the door so I could atleast get it onto the floor wouldn't be a problem. Well fast forward 4 months and it finally arrives, while speaking to salesperson I repeatedly asked to have a call made to me a little while before delivery to make sure I could get it to the door. This all took place while in a provincial lockdown in which technically would be breaking the law phoning somebody for help with the current lock down orders in place. The office didn't really seem to care. Not too mention I don't appreciate not getting a courtesy call ahead of time so I arrived home to a couple thousand dollar couch sitting in my front yard. What would have happened if I was an 80 year old man? Do they expect them to deal with this themselves? Worst business i have ever been involved in by far. I suggest anyone thinking to buy from this place to take your money and run to another store who will actually help the customer out! I will never buy another thing from this place after this incident.

I had a good experience previously when purchasing a stove, but recently when purchasing a BBQ it was a terrible experience. The associate did not seem to know anything about the items she was selling (luckily I had done my research ahead of time), and had told me it would be delivered during the morning (sometime after 9, but definitely in the morning). That was way off (delivery ended up being very late afternoon). When I had called to enquire about the delay (around 12:30-1) and ask for an ETA, I was simply told "they should be on their way", with the associate making no actual effort to look into the situation, instead attempting to just brush me off continually. I guess once a sale is made and they have the money, their level of caring for the customer disappears, which is very disappointing for a business in a very small community where reputation would seemingly be important.
