Worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!
Dishwasher came in destroyed and inoperable store would not help, told me it was a warranty issue and to call Maytag direct, called them and after over a 2 week process they finally agreed to replace the unit have been without a dishwasher since I ordered this one October 8th it is now December 1st and new one is not expected until December 12th.
If that wasn't enough, they charged us full price on a fridge and told us we would 100% get a brand new fridge not the floor model, what happens you ask? On the delivery date they show up with the floor model and try and tell us that it isn't the floor model, but I knew it was as it was missing the water dispenser catch pan, which they mailed to me the next day, but guess what it also has several scratches on the left side door, and when brought up to them they just started dodging screening and avoiding my calls.
They than called Maytag and told them they couldn't deal with me anymore so Maytag is actually sending me the replacement from the States as Bonanza apparently doesn't know how to deal with people and when are faced with an issue ignore you hang up on you screen your calls and all together stop doing anything for you at all.
Instead of understanding and helping, it was neglect, excuses and lies.
The owner Darcy is promised to call you back, and never does, and then has the secretaries lie and say hes out of the store for the rest of the day or cannot take calls, as he has no respect for customers he takes over $5000 from for 3 appliances and than throws them under the bus.
If you want to get continually screwed for over a month and than finally have to go back to the manufacturer This is the place for you.
If your a normal human being who wants good service AFTER they take you money, run as far as you can from this place and don't look back.
