I went through insurance to fix damage on the back of my vehicle and from past experiences with other collision centers I wasn't too excited to bring it in. Basco was so accommodating and so helpful, I was so pleased with their service. I was in and out both dropping off and picking up my vehicle, it was so easy. Not to mention that my car was only there a few days and communication was kept with me throughout the process. My vehicles looks brand new! I would recommend Basco to anyone. Fabulous place.

Excellent work and quality service! Mike and Pat keep you well informed and updated during the entire repair process. They definitely take pride in their work and their shop and I felt that upon picking up my vehicle, they were as excited to show me the vehicle as I was to receive it and spent the extra time taking me through my vehicle showing me different aspects of the repair as my repair was a very large one. Patrick is absolutely amazing! He was very thorough and patient when going over the estimate for repairs required to my car. There was damage to the front bumper, quarter panel, headlight, and driver door. After repairing and painting my car and it looks brand new! The Basco team even detailed my car and it has never been so clean! Patrick had my car back sooner than expected and went over the repairs in detail when I picked it up. He is very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend Basco for any repairs or car detailing.

They said my vehicle was ready I picked it up and drove it home only to find it was missing parts and bolts and leaking windshield washer fluid. This was an insurance claim. I had front end damage the results of hitting a dear. Wasn't impressed with their work had to bring it back twice to get these things fixed

Brought my mom's Toyota Venza there witch had been side wiped. They managed to keep the original very low mileage doors. They did that because the whole vehicle was very low mileage and they didn't feel right to put doors from an older car. Even tho that's what insurance would recommended. Instead someone there took great pride and skill in working the tin and removing the deep gauge and dents out of the doors. You would have no idea there was a very deep gouge and dent across the doors. It looked exactly as it was b4 the accident. Great work, great customer service, very transparent and communitive. Thanks Basco team, I'll be back for some tiny rust spots I have on the roof of my Vehicle soon.

25 years ago I went to Basco's for an autobody repair and the whole experience was very comfortable and the work was beautiful. Had damage to the bumper, hood, quarter panel, headlights, fog lights and grill. Picked up my 11 year old truck and it looked brand new. Matched the new parts with the old so everything looked new. Basco was recommended to me by several people and my insurance company as well. Mike and Patrick are very professional, efficient and were a great link between insurance and the car rental dealership. Went to this body shop to have a classic vehicle painted. No body work, no repairs, just a nice new paint job. Hardly got to provide details and was told by a young fellow they are too busy with insurance claims. When I explained there was no rush as the vehicle could be provided at their convenience, he said they don't do classic vehicles any more as they get too much hassle. Said people are too picky with classics, turned and walked away. Very rude!
