I have finally terminated my contract at Réno-Depôt and I do not think I will again call on the services of this contractor! (Original) Très décu. J'ai payé 1975$ le 23 août 2019 pour remplacer mes gouttières et le 16 novembre, j'attendais toujours... J'ai reçu un appel de leur part durant la semaine du 11 novembre pour me faire dire qu'ils étaient surchargés et qu'ils ne pourraient venir installer les gouttières. Je sentais vraiment que je ne faisais pas partie de leurs priorités. J'ai finalement résilié mon contrat chez Réno-Depôt et je ne crois pas faire de nouveau appel aux services de ce contracteur!
