The online reservation system accepted my info and booked a car for me. The next day I got a call from the local office advising there were no cars available. I arrived in the GFW area and visited their office to let them know I was in town and needed a car. Still no car.. However a short while later I received a call. They were able to provide a car, so thanks to the GFW office for their help in making my trip to the area much better than it would have been without a car. Great service and thank you for your help.

(Translated) Worst customer service EVER! I reserved a car online (I received the confirmation by email with the place and time of the meeting). I took a taxi and when I got there, no one was there to help me. There is a little note on the desk that says to call a number to be served, I called several times and no response. I also left 2 messages and no response. I waited there for 40 minutes and finally decided to give up and go home. Once again I took a taxi (when in reality I should have had the car I rented). The next day I called enterprise (usa) customer service. They tell me on the phone that the message will be sent to the sept-ile branch and that they will call me back to reimburse me for my taxi. No return call from them. I called several times and left two messages. No return call. Really pathetic. In the comments the owner asks me to send an email to, supposedly, resolve the situation. I sent the email with all the info and NO FEEDBACK from him. He tries to give himself an image on google, but his desire to help me is false. A staging lol. (Original) Pire service client EVER! J'ai réservé une voiture en ligne (j'ai recu la confirmation par courriel avec le lieu et l'heure du rendez-vous). Je me suis rendu en taxi et lorsque j'arrive sur place, personne pour me service. Il y a une petite note sur le bureau qui dit d'appeler a un numero pour etre servi, j'appelle a plusieurs reprises et aucune réponse. J'ai laissé 2 messages également et pas de réponse. J'ai attendu sur place durant 40 min et j'ai finalement décider de laisser tomber et de rentrer chez moi. J'ai encore une fois pris un taxi (alors qu'en réalité j'aurais du avoir la voiture que j'ai loué). Le lendemain j'appelle le service client de enterprise (usa). Ils me disent au telephone que le message sera fait a la succursale de sept-ile et qu'ils me rappelleront pour me rembourser mon taxi. Aucun retour d'appel de leur part. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois et j'ai laissé deux messages. Pas de retour d'appel. Vraiment pathétique. Dans les commentaire le propriétaire me demande d'envoyer un courriel pour, sois disant, régler la situation. J'ai envoyé le courriel avec toute l'info et AUCUN RETOUR de sa part. Il essais de se redonner une image sur google, mais son envie de m'aider est fausse. Une mise en scène lol.

My partner had a rental for a full month from them while his car was getting fixed from an accident. Service was great, quick and easy. The car they gave him though had all season tires on, and in a Newfoundland winter studs are definitely needed. The car got stuck at stop signs, traffic lights, parking lots, in our flat drive way, slid around multiple times on the highway even with driving with majorly reduced speeds. He feared multiple times for his life while driving that vehicle. And the only reason I see why they don’t have studded tires is because of cost, they cheaped out. Even the loaner car from the garage that he has now because the rental was up has studded tires. Not impressed at all. Do not recommend a rental from them in the winter time.
