Had what we looked for. But the store needs to be better organized. Everything seems to be helter skelter. Even one of the employees couldn't find a certain tool we were looking for, after a few minutes he finally located what we needed. Over all it has a very good selection of tools and some very interesting things also.

Had a bit of a hassle trying to return work pants that were purchased while we were in lockdown. One person told me as long as I had receipt I was good however when I got there I was then told I was getting a gift card for the value of the pants. I bought those pants for my son so gift card does me no good. Anyway with some persuasion I received my refund. Will not be shopping there again. No.

Tool Town is our only place for lower priced deals in the Sault. They're the version of Princess Auto you may be looking for. There's deal's on quite a wide selection of items and one shot deals like the cordless snow blower I picked up for $200 whereas the big box had it for $580 so it's worth a look.

Went in on a Friday night looking for a specific tool. The young men working quickly found what I was looking for. I didn't realize the amount of different items they had. Plumbing and painting supplies, winter gloves and fishing items. I'll be going there first instead of big box stores going forward.

The store is great, however, when it first opened up in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario it had more of a variety than it does now. With that being said they do have a decent selection for snaller tools like knives, axes, hammers and general hardware. They also carry some camping equipment like tents and backpacks all at low prices. I bought a nice set of allen keys for around 8 bucks that I really enjoyed. They weren't the best quality of metal (kind of soft) but all in all they served their purpose for a great price.

Excellent selection of hardware, tools and general suppliers. Tooltown is like an old time hardware store. They have something for just about every one. Just make sure, if you see something you want, buy it. It may not be there, the next time you go. Staff are very friendly and they have everything from fishing tackle to trailer supplies and gardening materials. And a bit of everything in between. Great store!

Their new(ish) space seems just as cramped as the old. You will find deals here and items others overlook carrying. Think of them when others are coming up short and drop in to browse every six months, you won't regret it.

Lots of good, inexpensive tools. Most items aren't as high of quality of some big name brands, but are perfect for regular household work. Sometimes have extremely good prices on sale items.

Went in the other day for a snow shovel. Arrived about 20 mins before close and no one was around. Could not find what i was looking for and no one to ask. No one at cash..juat heard voices in the back. Walked around for 10 mins and Left and thought to myself.....i could have just taken whatever i wanted and left lol. I would never do that but meh........ill just go around the corner to timbermart.

Went here for some trailer lights for my boat trailer, and I seemed to drop my drivers license in the store, the manager held on to it and tried to get a hold of me all day. Thank god for these guys and the awesome customer service they provided. Shopping experience is really good as well with fair prices. Thanks guys!
