CSN did an amazing job fixing the damage to our 2020 KIA. The staff was wonderful and more than helpful setting everything up with Enterprise and having them deliver the car on the day of because I would have my kids in tow. They even offered to help with the carseats ! Very friendly and professional environment, text updates throughout the whole process, from start to finish. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle free of charge for me ! It was like an early Christmas gift !! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of services, and though I hope I will not need anymore repairs anytime in the foreseeable future, I would and will 100% use CSN St.Clair Collision Centre again ???? Thank You !

My vehicle was side swiped. Took it to St.Clair for an estimate. Now I have owned Nobles Auto Remanufacturing for 35 years. An antique and classic car restoration shop here in town. I am a licenced automobile appraiser. I have dealt with insurance company's for years so trust me I know what's the right and wrong way to treat a customer. It took St. Clair auto body 3 months to book my repairs in. A week before my appointment I stopped by to make sure we were still ago and that I needed a loner vehicle. Everything was good! The day I dropped my car of they had done nothing to get me the rental. And they needed authorization from my insurance company! This was 3 months after being booked in and a week since I had popped by! Now I was walking! My vehicle sat in their back parking lot for a week not touched????????

I really liked the constant updates about the different stages of the repairs that were done. The paint job and the repairs done on the car were perfect. The car looked brand new. Very nice employees. Went to get my hood looks are for corrosion problems. The appraiser gave me multiple options from the cheapest way to the most expensive way but was full covered if anything happened again. Even recommended another shop to go to if i was looking for a quick patch instead of redoing the entire hood. Only issue was very pricey but that might be from the paint type i had which was metallic silver.

A month wait to get my vehicle in. Told the guy on the phone that is a long time to wait and ill have to cancell with them. He said ok bye. Guess they have too much business they dont need anymore! Ill gladly go elsewhere!

Not happy with the condition my vehicle was given back to me...more scratches and marks on the paint then when it went in. Did poor job putting parts back on vehicle. Over priced. Didn't get all parts back.

An extremely minor scratch was quoted by St Clair Auto at $1,500 repair. Toyota quoted $640. Laughable. How are you in business?
