L'intérieur et l'extérieur du véhicule étaient tout poussiéreux et pourtant, on m'avait dit que l'auto avait passé au nettoyage. Bref, après 3 reprises du travail, je ne suis toujours pas satisfaite. L'auto de location n'était pas à l'ordre: 2 lumières se sont allumées dans le panneau d'affichage pour l'entretien du véhicule. En plus, on me remet une publicité pour remplir un sondage de satisfaction, mais sans code d'accès, ni lien internet. Après avoir rejoins le service à la clientèle à 2 reprises, je n'ai toujours pas accès à ce sondage. On me réfère au garage...

Lorsque je ramène le véhicule de courtoisie je me fais charger 700$ pour une petite graphigne que quelqu'un m'a probablement causé sans que je m'en rende compte. Au final, la facture s'est élevé à 5000$ de réparation sur mon véhicule plus l'ajout du 700$ supplémentaire sur la voiture de courtoisie. Je veux simplement conscientisé les clients sur le fait que les voitures de courtoisie auront des risques de vous causer davantage de frais si un éventuel petit pépin arrive car ils réussiront à repérer n'importe quel détail pour faire davantage d'argent.
