I made an order over the phone and gave them the codes + names of the colours I wanted. One was a light grey and they ended up just giving me white. It's fine because I ended up needing white paint for my shelves. The paint itself is very good quality and with covid protocols they are safe, fast, and efficient. I was able to pick up my paint the same day I ordered it. The website is a great tool to visualize the colours, which helps a lot since we can't view swatches in the store.

Asked for a quart of a previously mixed gallon, and provided original formula. Associate mixed the entire gallon and was neither apologetic nor offered me a discount. I now have a gallon for a 2” x 2” touch up... not only did it cost me three times more money, but I have so much leftover. As someone who lives an eco-friendly lifestyle, this was the most frustrating part. We all need to reduce our environmental footprint, I hope this was a fluke and Dulux doesn’t make a habit of wasting both money and product. Once destroyed, nature’s beauty can’t be repurchased for any price. Namaste.

Staff were great, helpful and knowledgeable. Paint is expensive! If you can get it on sale though, it is worth the price. Most (if not all) paints had primer built in. I purchased the Diamond line which is supposed to be very durable. So far it has stuck to almost everything. The only issues I had were with what might have been melamine paint. It did stick, but only with effort. Next time I will use a specialty primer for that type of surface. The white did not hide will and took a ton of coats, but every other colour hid very well. Especially the exterior paints. I was very impressed. The colour matching they did for me was excellent too. You get discounts with a membership (which is pretty cheap, but you can also get membership free sometimes with different coupons or CAA memberships, so it is worth asking. I got mine free with a local "Passport" coupon book). A nice benefit of the membership is that they keep the product information on file. So, if you want to repaint something the same colour a few years from now, they should have they type of paint and colour recipe on your file. I did find a flaw in this system though... I bought paint that was on sale, so they didn't use my membership discount and therefore didn't put it in the system. From now on I will make sure they add the paint info to my profile whether I got the paint on sale or not!!!!

Welland Dulux is the place to go for paint, they always go out of their way to ensure you have the right product for the right price. Dulux products are in my experience far superior to other paints, if you're the kind of person who wants to do it right the first time and want long term results then this is the place to go. We bought a pail of paint where we did a colour match because we wanted a specific colour. When we went to get the trims with the same colour match code they messed it up somehow. The tint was so off. So my husband went back numerous times to get it tinted again and again..and again! Turns out they tinted the trim can a different "code". Not sure how that could happen when they have the code on our file. You just open our previous order, get the code, and match the paint! Anyway, they ended up giving us a new can with the right tint. Just a little disappointed because we wasted our time and energy. We had to coordinate with the floor people to do painting before hand but because of this it messed up all the timing.

I have to say just how upset I am with the level of satisfaction I received from the Employees and The Manager of Dulux Paints on Grand River Road in Sydney. They made a mistake in tinting paint purchased from them by a good customer of theirs . Since I dropped a letter off to them they NEVER returned a call or contacted me. Their mistake has caused me as a contractor a loss of revenue and for the customer his house remains unfinished because of the MIS TINTED paint supplied by Dulux. BUYER BEWARE, IF DULUX MIS TINTS YOUR PAINT THEY WILL NOT COVER THE CHARGE FOR A CONTRACTOR TO FIX THE PROBLEM. During this Covid lock down, we are working on our house, as I'm sure many of you are. We needed a gallon of white paint, that we bought from a competing store that is closed, for a second coat on our porch. When we contacted Dulux they said there was nothing they could do even though they were open. The person we spoke to was, in fact, quite rude. We contacted another paint supplier in Stratford, had samples in hand within an hour and a gallon of matching paint an hour after that. We are renovating a 4500 sq ft home and will not be giving this company any business based on this experience. Terry

I'm a contractor and I'm under the suspicion their management is very poor. The employees are great and work hard, but most of my issues are with the fact they seem to always be understaffed, especially in the mornings. For example it's currently sunday morning, there is one worker and I'm waiting outside with 6 other people. They're also running out of stock on stuff constantly, but I'll attribute that to covid. I run into less of these issues with other paint stores. And finally they're computer system is always running slow. This hasn't been addressed for years.

I rented a 20' U-Haul truck here and scheduled it for 10am because I saw the store didn't open until then. It was really cold today and I got there around 9:30am. The manager/owner/employeeh (not sure of position) had already been warming up the vehicle and cleaning the windshield. He got me all set up with the paperwork quickly and then he double checked the back and swept it out. He also gave advise on how to open the back of the rubber seal froze stuck. Wasn't very successful with the paint color choices this time around which is unusual for me. I was a little disappointed in their color selection & paint chips didn't match the actual paint itself..had to go back for darker paint. Products/ I really like here brushes tape they have everything you need..I even purchase a pail which I love...not only for mixing paint but for other household uses. They have very helpful staff, even during Covid shut down they were able to help me with my paint . I did however have to drive outside of the city to buy another can of the Dimond exterior paint..London was sold out of it " because of the Texas big freeze" They are short on certain types of paint as of May 2021. I'd like them to come up with better paints samples.. like Benjamin Moore and Williams paints

I have never experienced such a negative, rude sales rep before. Admitted he was not good with color matching and his overt COVID rules were absolutely rediculous. I was asked to stand six feet back while we were both masked and he stood behind plexi glass. So we were 12 feet apart. When I told him I couldn't hear what he was saying he had a breakdown about the number of cases of COVID. Personally I feel the young man was not emotionally stable. Never to return

Very poor/ non-existent customer service. I went into the store today wanting to buy paint, and I saw the sales associate outside talking to (presumably) a friend. There wasn't anyone else in the store, and she couldn't even bother to tell me she was on her break (if indeed she was), and instead just ignored me. I ended up going to Home Depot for paint instead.
