My car was sent to them after an accident. All they did was a patch work. Mixed damaged old and new parts causing the so called repair to start falling apart literally same day the car was on road.

They fixed my wife's car and they did a really nice job. The car had some corrosion problem. Took them only few days and the price was better than anyone else estimated. If I will have simular car problem, I definitely will see them first

Took my car in - had right side rear door, dog leg damage and what not. Explained the intentions with the car.. just needed a patch job, a band-aid. They said we only fix things right, i said well okay fair enough. They qouted me a reasonable price and a time frame that worked in my favour. Excellant communication throughout the process. After everything was said and done, service writer comes back with a price at about 25% below the quote! ( like when does that happen right!? ) They took the time and did the leg work to understand what i was after with the fix, and it was still done professionally that you wouldn't be able to tell anything happened. Much better experience than the carstar i dealt with years ago in the G.T.A.

These guys are phenomenal! Second time going here they do great work and make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work. It is also guaranteed for lifetime you own car. Anyone needing repair don't hesitate to go see these guys before you let the dealership mess up your car.

Not the best communicators, my car ended up being a week and a bit later than their estimate and had trouble getting them on the phone. But face to face, they were absolutely great and the work done was amazing! Would recommend

I have been a returning, loyal customer to Carstar for several jobs over the past few years. Took in my car to have a spoiler installed, the younger gentleman with the beard came out to greet me and to my suprise I was turned down, he said he wasn't willing to do the job because he didn't want to drill holes and that I should take it to a windsheild place to have it polyurethaned onto the car? He didn't seem very friendly or professional. Last I checked this is a body shop and if the customer is willing to pay whatever it cost for the job, the customer should have the job done as with most businesses who take care of their customers. Long story short, took it to another shop in town (Woody's) with no problems, guys were great and the paint match is perfect, looks great! Unfortunatly Carstar has lost my business from this terrible experience and I would not suggest you go here.

Extremely impressed with the service here. Took great care of my wife's car after a minor accident. The work was done ahead of estimated ETA. If we do need body work again, we will use them again. Highly recommended!

Our insurance company sent out van here after we hit a dear. They orchestrated with the towing company to get our van brought over promptly. They took care of the rental car pick up and drop off which was very thoughtful. Kyle was very professional and answered all our questions in terms we could understand . They had our van fixes 5 days sooner then planned not to mention had it detailed inside and out when they returned it. Kyle called a week after we had it back to check and make sure everything was up to par . Thanks Kyle and Carstar staff for making our misfortune a pleasant experience .
