Many years ago this was the best Benjamin Moore store to visit. I painted my entire first house buying paint, primer and supplies from the amazing owner. The store must have switched ownership since then as my last visit was not the same. If I were to recommend a store, there’s literally another one down the street. The, who I believe to be the new owner based on the conversation overheard, was clearly uninterested in our purchases. Not only was he not interested, but overtly annoyed and disinterested. We intended to purchase 6 gallons of primer and several gallons of paint for all the rooms in our home. We decided to purchase a sample and take our purchase elsewhere. I raved about how many homes I’d painted to my partner from this store insisting we go nowhere else. What an utter disappointment. **edit because I can’t reply to their reply. (Thank you for the reply). Likely any account in the past was under my ex-husbands name and not my own.

i went there to buy paint for my appartement. at the counter we calculated every thing with the right mesurements of my place. after finishing, i realised they sold me for over 200$ of paint i didnt need. I am not rich so its a BIG amount for me. over that, the paint they sold me for the bathroom is just regular paint (after research i needed special paint so the water and steam from the shower wouldnt mark the paint.) My bathroom is a mess. a have to starte again.. after telling them what happens they told me they would call me back...they didnt. its been over 5 months. i called the benjamin moore complaint center and they assured me that the complaint would be follow-up by the store. they didnt... my conclusion is that Decor Taschereau DO NOT care about their customers nor the quality of their services. they make money on our backs and give a poor service. Decor Taschereau if you get this message dont bother calling me back (i know you know who i am)... im going over your head! to all that read this.. pick another store!
