The people there were really friendly and informative. They showed me the products I needed, and gave me helpful tips on the process. If it weren't for them, I would have missed some critical steps as no one mentioned them at all in any brochures or staining instructions. They also have taken the time to stain wood with their products, so you can clearly see the difference between one coat or two, and the range of colors available, all on one board. Simple but smart.
