i had 2 projects with Ali. The first was to fill in an air conditioning conduit that had rusted out and was causing leaks. The entire wall had to be replaced. Great job, they made changes as per my specifications, and I paid what I expected to pay. The second job was replacement of a bathtub with a walk in shower. Again they were able to adapt to my specifications (except the tiler, who was really good but not so flexible), came in on price and on time. Some people like to leave it all up to the contractors, but I get involved so that it turns out the way I want it. They were able to work with me, and I am very satisfied with the quality and value of their work.
