Paul at Structured, made me feel very comfortable in a situation that will make you very mad. Our basement flooded and after meeting with Paul, his crew had us cleaned up and drying right away. He dealt with all the details with my insurance company and made sure we got the best of the best. Their workmanship is on point. Clean, fast and reliable. That hard to fine these days.

I will only deal with these guys! Paul and the team were great, timely and respectful of my unique situation. Of course, I'm not the only one with a story. A bit of background (please read whole review)...... I have been dealing with a nightmare insurance company and insurance broker who was simply refusing to send someone to perform clean up at my house. This was due to a city of Niagara Falls water main burst. The insurance broker initially sent their own clean up guy to assess the situation, and then I never saw or heard back from him, in fact, the brokerage was using some of his statements apparently about things he saw in my house to help them get out of a claim! Like a spy....what the heck? I don't want to give out the name of that company, but I could never in good conscience recommend them to anyone. At the same time, the insurance company and brokerage are liars in my opinion so maybe they had some other way of getting that info and blaming the other fellow (cannot prove it). Either way I would say be cautious of that company and you're more than welcome to contact me if you want to know who they were. Time was passing everyday and I was worried about mold. I took it upon myself to simply do a quick search and I found these guys with favorable reviews and I gave a quick call. Paul was literally at my place the same day within a few hours, to be honest it may have been less than an hour LOL. I'm not saying he will be available for you that quick, but what I am saying is he doesn't waste time, he uses it effectively to help you. He assessed the situation, he gave me more background about what they do, and I even called a brokerage and told them I have my own guy here. He was good backup and support for me for what I was going through. It showed the insurance brokerage that I wasn't going to play with their games. Paul had a large garbage bin at my place the next day. These guys are amazing for cleanup if you're in a nasty situation or even a not so bad situation. The work is thorough and they don't play games. Thanks again Paul! P.S.- I don't want to pass as negative, but if you deal with that insurance brokerage that is in the Food Basics plaza near Thorold Stone & QEW, I fully suggest you consider doing business elsewhere.

most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Cleared my schedule to help them out as they reached out to me.. they have a fire restoration that has been completely gutted. He tried to get me to start installing drywall before the house had passed it required inspections. being a seasoned contractor I know that when you gut a house it has to pass all it's mandatory safety related inspections. the house failed for two weeks straight. I had to call the city to see if the house was ok to board he had lied to me and said it was. various simple contractor issues like missing bulkheads and unsecured walls due to the tear out process. I reached out to him to see what his direction and solutions for these problems was..even offered to solve them for time and material.. no response or answer was ever given to address them. he never directly returned my calls and the entire time I was left to deal with another sub he uses. all the electrical outlets needed to be removed so they could be properly cut out he seemed oblivious to this and thought that anyone can just remove electrical and not willing to hire a licensed electrician. If you own your house and are ok with safety related corners being bypassed then they are the company for you.. If you would like to sleep safe at night knowing your house is safe then hire someone else....

So I was sitting in my office and all of a sudden I see water dripping from my ceiling. I run upstairs to find that the hose to my toilet broke off. I did my best to towel up the floor, but my ceiling kept dripping. I called Paul at Structured Restoration him and his guys came hooked up some equipment put some tube in my ceiling that dried it up over the next few days. They came back a couple weeks later filled the holes and painted and now you would never know it happened.
