I just LOVE the work of Lorenda Harder, which I find at once aesthetically stunning and accessible. I own several pieces. I'm particularly fond of "Roots & Branches"; I commissioned it from her as book cover art. She's kept the original pen-and-ink rendition of a gnarled old oak tree, but now people all over can hold a 6"x9" copy of it in their hands!

A very inspiring artist, with an incredible ability to teach ........I have always wanted to paint but could never get past the stick figure.......this artist took our class/party step by step through a painting ....making it an enjoyable and obtainable event. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an uplifting , fun experience as you develop your new skill. My painting is on our fireplace mantle.......everyone who sees it is amazed that..........I did it!!!!!!
