Having My Car Backed Into Was A Great Inconvenience And Not An Experience I've Ever Had To Deal With Prior To This. My First Insurance Claim Since 1978 When I First Learned To Drive. My Insurance Company (Intact) Were Very Supportive. CSN Glen-Merrit Looked After The Rest. They Were Very Thorough In All That Was To Happen. Within The Same Week My Camry Was Ready. A New Quarter Panel And Paint. I Can't See Any Difference. The Blending Of The Paint Is Perfect. I Would Suggest This Collision Center To Anybody. The Estimate Was Fair And A Perfect Job. They Also Guarantee Their Work For As Long As I Own The Vehicle. A Learning Experience And They Made It Simple. They Even Brought Up A Rental Vehicle For Me. I was Completely Taken Car Of. I took my SUV in to get repairs done after being rear-ended. They did an excellent job with the repairs. The customer service there is excellent, and Ryland was very thorough when performing the estimate for damages. They took a very stressful situation and made it a lot easier. I would highly recommend CSN Glen-Merritt.

Had minor collision repair done here through insurance. I could've gone anywhere. Don't trust these online reviews if you expect top quality... Vehicle only 38k and like new (before mishap)Also paid extra $275 for 1 stone chip on hood. Assured my daughter it would look brand new again...WOW was I wrong.. Job turned out poor at best. I realize black is hard to do but this is supposed to be a pro shop. None of the panel seams line up straight. Some are pinched against tail light lenses. Bottom corner of door panel digging into rocker plastic trim. As far as extra work requested...I was told to repair Stone chip on hood they would need to sand down area of chip, repaint to match then clear the entire hood to prevent future peeling rather than spot clear. Sounds right. Not what was done. Bad chip repair and horrible attempt to buff hood leaving waves of power buffer scratches on hood.. can be seen 15 ft away in sunlight. Not happy with outcome of this job.

Over quoted the repair estimate, so insurance company had no choice but to say right it off. Damage was only to drivers side yet they wanted to replace from and rear bumper and passengers front seat and headlights in essence.... 3/4 if the car.

My 2010 kia soul might be old but it's in immaculate condition and when I got hit I wasn't too happy. My insurance company recommended Glen-Merritt and the work they did was amazing. They were 1 day early and I would never know I had an accident. They worked with my insurance company to get everything done and it was really easy. Quick in and quick out. I'll recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a painless experience. Not that I want it to happen again but if it does I'll be going back there.

My 2017 F150 front bumper was decaying rather quickly (Rust). which is really poor from Ford, however through the Ed Learn Ford Collison department which is operated by this company, my front bumper came back looking like new, quick service. overall i'm very happy with the service and work done on my vehicle.

Ryland was great to work with. Repairs were done very well. They even replaced the velcro to hold the EZ-Pass when they installed the new windshield! It wasn't their fault that the repairs took so long. The parts were quite delayed in arriving, and then they closed for the holidays. My only complaint is that they didn't watch the charge level on my Tesla. They didn't plug the car in before closing for the holidays. I spent a week and a half panicking that the battery might get totally discharged before they reopened. Fortunately, that didn't happen: the car only got down to 3%. (I guess I can also complain that their recording indicated there was a way to reach them in an emergency, but it didn't work, which didn't help my angst over the charge situation)

Over the last several years, I’ve taken my truck to Glen Merritt on various occasions for paint and bodywork. The workmanship and customer service has been outstanding. Recently I asked if they’d like to tackle the damaged fibreglass body of my grape harvester. In less than a week, I received the call that it was ready. Absolutely amazing place! Not only did they replace our bumper they washed the van an gave the inside a clean. My husband had a serious sports injury occur an needed surgery I was a bit of a mess an Nancy was so amazing so kind an moved our repair so the van would be completed an ready on Monday for pick up so we didn't have to call an figure out with the rental company as well as our insurance how to extend the rental. So I am so thankful for their understanding an amazing service!

Rude lady at front desk, I have never been spoken to by a staff member. They don’t wear masks even when asked and then laugh at you. They don’t take cheque, credit card over phone, etransfer, the list goes on! Horrible customer service. They were late fixing my car and say “we call when it’s ready” no approximate time or day. Also when picked up they had to take it back in because there was tape left all over it... what an exhausting ordeal

I recently has cause to have my Audi A7 repaired at Glenn Merritt. From the moment I walked into their business I was treated with courtesy and respect. Every question I had was answered quickly and professionally. I brought my car in for the repairs, and was immediately approached by the rental car driver to take me to pick up my rental vehicle. Two days later my car was ready for pick up. The work performed was excellent! I was extremely happy with the end result of the repairs. I would highly recommend Glen Merritt to anyone...best collision shop around.

Very disappointed with total experience . Pick up truck was rear ended with frame damage . Was told to go to Glen Merritt by insurance company. Was given an approved estimate in February for repairs that would take 30 days. Took them over 30 days not a big deal but scope of work was changed without notification. When finally got truck back the box floor was still bent. Took truck back to have repaired. Another 10 days. When went to pick up the truck was damaged during repairs. After argument they agreed to fix. So another 2 days then when inspecting truck they put a new floor in box but did not install a seem sealer so could see daylight through floor of box. They agree to fix and said it would need to go back to linex to have resprayed. They would need for 2 more days. Just went to pick up box was not resprayed and a sealer was dribbled along the seem and now box liner material is cracked . Would never recommend them to anyone

This body shop goes above and beyond what they actually need to do. I had front end body damage 4 years ago and took it to st Clair Toyota and they charged more and gave garbage service, they left my car dirtier and "fixed my car" leaving it without even one working headlight. Anyways Glen Merritt collision left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off and I swear they even polished my car, complete detailing and to top it off all the lines of the bodywork came out straighter then when I bought the car brand new. Final rating is 6 stars, 4 working headlights and 2 bags of chips. Would crash and take my car to Glenn Merritt again.

I JUST HAD MY TRUCK (2018 FORD F150 ) THERE FOR A WEEK THEY PAINTED A FEW SPOTS THEY SAY THE CLEAR COAT SCALING. ONCE THE JOB DONE THEY LEFT SOME SCRATCHES SO THEY RE PAINTED IT AND NOW THEY LEFT BUBBLES IN MY BRAND NEW PAINT THIS WAS A WARRANTY JOB FROM FORD ON MY BRAND NEW TRUCK AS OF NOW I GAVE UP AND JUST DROVE OUT OF FORD (ED LEARN ). NOT SURE WHO LOOKS AT THE JOB ONCE IT'S DONE BUT THE TWO TIMES THEY TRIED AND LET ME DOWN. THEY MADE MORE PROBLEMS THEN THE INITIAL ISSUE. THAT IS WHY I'M GIVING IT A 1 STAR

Hate to give bad review because I do think the work done on my vehicle Is well done, however both times I've used them, there has been "big surprises" on top of original quotes... First time broken grille turned into entire front bumper, grille and paint, including the hood for blending... $1200 became $3200 claim... Now just had my front lip replaced due to someone hitting it , part was quoted at 225$... Day of repair the part cost 507$ because the appraiser or Honda messed up the vin day of quote. Although they did work on the price and rest of the staff was nice , they did not Honor the oringal quote even after manager admitting it was on their end. Expect more out of a top notch facility in my opinion. Doubt I'll return

Had some body work done on my rear bumper 2 years ago and after they needed to order in the proper bracket to hold a back up sensor I got busy and forgot to come in for it. Well they were right and eventually the damaged bracket failed and the sensor came loose. I showed up to see them 2 years later and like the professionals they are they reordered the bracket and replaced it with no hassles and no extra cost to me. Amazing! I highly recommend this business as they have always been reliable, friendly and professional to deal with!

Out of the 289 body Shops in the Region, I carefully selected Glenn Merritt as I had a bad experience with another CSN shop recently. CSN Glenn Merritt is listed as a “ Preferred Shop “ by “ Aviva “ my insurance company. It appears that they get the juniors to do the bulk of the work for vehicle repairs and it shows! Don’t plan on walking out with a job well done. You will have to go back and fourth several times to get it right so have lots of time on your hands if you choose these guys. Staff is friendly and attempted to make up for shop incompetence... hence the two stars.

Unfortunately due to Supply Chain shortage issue my car took longer than normal to repair. However, that was a universal issue and not specific to Glen Meritt. When the parts for my car finally came in, the car was repaired immediately and returned to me like it was brand new ( it was before someone else smashed it 3 months ago). I am very pleased with the results and it wasn’t the first time they repaired one of my cars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would go there again should anything ever happen again to my car. I would highly recommend then to anyone needing an excellent body shop.
